When 8.4 Solo Dungeons?

Truly, I can appreciate your honesty in answering this question considering the fact that I never "finished" my dungeon challenge"
I do understand your frustration - partially even feel your excitement watching this amazing gameplay and content

120-155 ping on USA (West) 154 ping when you dropped the barrel and it did not stun the horse rider ay 18:55 so hopefully EU solves that for future content.
