路肩じゃなくて路側帯走行だから違反じゃないよね？タイトルがなんかバイクが犯罪犯してるかのような感じだね。。
路肩走行してきてなぜビグスク捕まらないんだよって思うかもしれないけどあれでは捕まえられないんですよね。
あれで歩道が無かったら捕まるんでしょうけど。

@@emasan3650歩道がなければバイクがすり抜けてきたラインが歩道になるから歩道走行になりアウトですな
歩道がなければ、車道外側線という括りになりますが、白バイが現認していなければ検挙されないでしょうね

改めて調べてみました。
歩道がある場合の白線は路肩となりますが、この場合二輪は走行可能。

この人たちに良いイメージはまったくない。
事故に関係ないささいな違反をあげつらい、自分は暴走して遊んでいる。
事故を起こせば相手方に責任をなすりつける。
高知白バイ事件で証言した白バイ隊員が「あれは嘘です。バスは停まっていました」と証言して裁判やり直しするなら、ちょっとは見直してもよい。
バイク自体は悪くないってことだけは分かってほしい
