Ryan had every right to know about Lily's situation. But Whitney was the wrong person to tell him. But that's also on Stacey and Martin for holding it back. They should have told Ryan immediately, whether they like it or not. He's her dad. Whitney only told him because she's concerned but still, the wrong person to tell him.
