I swear Koko will debut as main dancer. Her dancing is unbeatable.
Saebi has star quality and we can see she is so happy to be on stage.
Mai, the improvement queen, just keep improving day by day. I am sure she will do well in debut group if she keep improving like this.

I’m crying right now. The last line is for Jiyoon and for Jiyoon only. Yoon JiYoon is a proof that no amount of “evil editing” can sway people’s love for her. Instead of being hated, she became more loved. Let’s normalize idols being able to express themselves without being judged. Let’s normalize idols being treated as humans.
I don't think Jiyoon was evil edited...it was more like an underdog story. The main vocalist was sent to ground after being pushed out of her spot by her friend and then she rises up back to I-land to debut.
Koreans hated on Jungeun more for betraying Jiyoon and blamed her for Jiyoon going to ground. Jiyoon got a little backlash for her attitude but most people seemed to be on her side. Korean people didn't start looking at Jungeun more positively until mnet finally got then to reconcile during If I were a Boy.
I'm a Jungeun fan and I didn't blame Jiyoon for being hurt. I just didn't like that mnet dragged the drama out for so long.

Congrats to the others tho,especially TripleJ JEEMIN,Jungeun and Jiyoon
Taeyang did his absolute best, just because your favorite didn't debut doesn't mean others won't, and by the way FUKO should have shown more of herself in part 2, to me she was just like a regular person passing time on the iland, despite the fact that her vocals are top notch, there's nothing really catchy about her, same as YUJU, the both stuck to their comfort zone with making attempts to show we the viewers anything interesting to make us remember them after each performance/ stage, especially this second part of iland

every single one of these trainees are working so hard just to get this far, so it’s not enough to say that someone is hardworking so they deserve to debut - just saying this, no hate intended - cause with all these “bla is hard working”, It sounds like you’ve been disregarding the hard work of the other trainees. I already knew Fuko won’t make it sadly, because the group was full of vocalists so they needed a rapper so that’s why they chose Mai, to train her to rap.
Saebi was obvious because the producers needed a cute maknae.
Jungeun was shocking to be first, but deserved.
Jeemin has a strong fanbase, so it’s she’ll debut.
Jiyoon has a great voice and improved even while being good so that’s why I knew she’ll debut.
Koko is very talented and improved on rapping and great at dancing and popular, so I kinda knew she’ll debut.
Sarang was shocking, I didn’t know her one-pick was strong, she is an all-rounder though.

I've just noticed that they gave most of fuko's parts to the other girls and left her with only one part..she didn't even get other girls parts like....they really mistreated her in that episode
Because they knew they weren't debuting her.
All the members who debuted got big parts and I don't think it was a coincidence. They could see who was making the line up and who was not.
They even said it themselves. Mai has unique visuals and will be something that could be in the lineup. Few episodes before this one, Monika said that visuals are also a talent.
