Glad to see this got the real upgraded treatment it deserved! A little sad the full roster from the previous game isn't here, but cool to see some new characters I wished were in the first one. Looking forward to it!

Hugh and Powdered Toast Man were seen here as some sort of assist characters. The biggest omissions imo were Lincoln and Helga. They're very representative of their franchises, and they have to be there before other characters in their franchise (just like how Arnold should've been there here)
So... They got rid of 11 characters. Put in a few new additions. And then for their dlc they are like "yeah we know everybody's been wondering what characters we're gonna see for dlc, what other cartoon world's we can represent." And then they deadass revealed 2 fire-benders, (which is hilarious because they gave up toph for Azula so we'll have 3 fire-benders.) Mr. Krabs, which fair, just bring in any more Spongebob reps, but Rocksteady? Over Shredder, who were relegated to being a boss fight. They better come out with an update that allows players to play as the boss characters. Also, how did we gain 3 avatar characters that, maybe could have been one, Zuko or Azula (I prefer Zuko, because you'd have the whole hierarchy of bending, sorry Toph), but they got rid of two of the TMNT, like I don't get how they could keep April but axe Shredder. Just overall it is weird that they axed anyone with the fact they were reworking everyone anyways. They should have just kept every character, reworked them so nobody was unbalanced, and then added to the roster. The whole point of getting the next installment is to see how your favorite character stacks up to the newcomers. Also Abysmal that they axed hugh, I didn't like the pick, but guys... People paid extra for him, as dlc, and you aren't going to include him in the sequel alongside his son??
Please bring back Sandy with a Karate Island alt, Toph, Lincoln, Leonardo, Michaelangelo, Powdered Toast Man, CatDog, Helga, Oblina, Shredder, and Hugh back as new DLC characters!

@Traig_Born2006 you don't get it? They don't have the cases, cartridges, disc's, printed inserts ready yet. If they did, it would be a full digital and physical release. So if the game is ready, they can and are releasing it digitally first. There are many games that get held back a bit due to production
