I don't expect the fitness marshall crew to see this but thank you so much from the bottom of my heart, I was in the laziest deepest darkest depression of my life and for months I would just be a vegetable.. but I seen one of your dances and thought "Hey I could try this" and I've been dancing every single day for over 8 months, you brought the life back inside of me.. I've lost over 140lbs and my life is getting back on track because of you guys. I wish I could hug all of you. you changed my life. thank you guys so much. 😢 ❤

Please tell me how you lost all your weight, besides dancing??? I would give anything to lose that much weight, I’ve been looking into surgery because I need to lose 125 lbs and it’s just impossible!!😢
@@dawnbrown1042 I danced every single day, I pushed myself to do SOMETHING actively and i made sure not to stress myself out about it. so no thinking if this was working or not, i just did it because i enjoyed it. i've been eating moderately decent meals, a bunch of casseroles with rice, so cheddar broccoli, chicken mushroom, etc..
i made a note and alarm in my phone to keep constant hydration, the recommended daily intake is about 4 liters so I tried to stick closely to that, I will admit, cheat days with nutter butters and junk food, but I made sure that my daily meals were always something nutritious and i ate between 1 and 2 times a day including snacking and junk foods, i i made sure that my calorie intake was less than the amount of energy i was using to keep myself at a calorie deficet to progressively lose weight. I MADE SURE to eat big meals and stop snacking, so I would eat casserole, nutter butters and sweet tea all at once instead of eating a bit here and there. I still ate stuff like bread from subway. I KEPT A POSITIVE mentality the entire time, I believed in myself, I tried harder than I ever could in my life to follow along to all the dances, I danced to atleast 15-20 songs a day, I was nice ti myself, I never once looked in the mirror to see if I made any progress, because to me all of that was the consequence of having fun while dancing. I didn't weigh myself, or constantly think about if I was messing up or made mistakes. I just kept going and kept going. the way you think about it is LITERALLY the most important, it's not about how you eat or how active you truly are, what I learned is that keeping a good mindset is the best added bonus, instead of reflecting and saying "oh I messed up today and didn't do this or skipped a dance or skipped a meal" I would say "wow I did a great job today, because I did absolutely NOTHING but lay in bed for months so anything besides laying in bed was pure positive reinforcement for me. and the biggest piece of advice I can give you is to just have the mindset of "every single day i am getting better, I am making progress no MATTER WHAT" and it's not the mentality of "I'm forcing myself to be better every day" it's the mentality of "no matter what I do, it's better than staying in bed all day and eating a whole pizza while crying"

*Cries in broke Canadian* , not but really, I've been following you guys for 7 years and it's been so amazing to see you guys thrive after seeing you guys just grind and keep at it, even when life and things were not great. I'm so glad I found you guys, you truly not only helped with my physical health and my mental health. I can be having a crappy day and I'll do a workout and laugh along with you. I've been fortunate to have a been sent a few positive messages in my DMs from you guys, (and some BTS convos with Allison 😆) and it just brings such a bright spot. Not sure if you'll see this but I'm coming to your Chicago show and just know I'll be a bundle of nerves and won't get any of this across to you😏 I've followed you all for several years doing your videos until during Covid I had my 3rd baby and was at my lowest mentally and physically. I made the decision to become a Booty Army member Jan 23' and have lost 35lbs🥰 I credit alot of how amazing I feel today to you all, so thank you!🤗

I just want yall to know that I just absolutely love watching yall dance and on yall individual channels. Yall are the highlight of my day. I wish to so badly dance along with yall and I try, but I'm disabled and have major nerve damage from. An accident where a drunk driver slammed into my driver's door at 75mph. I was paralyzed for 5 years and recovered just in time to have a stroke and become paralyzed again for over 3 years. So, my quantization really sucks, but y'all are so energetic and upbeat that I try my best. I wish I could meet y'all in person. Have y'all ever considered coming to Lafayette, Louisiana to do a meet and great and a show. I'll sell my soul to get tickets for my and my fiance. Would love to hear back from y'all, but I know y'all have so many other fans and followers to be able to respond. Keep up the great work. Y'all are an inspection to so many and have changed people's lives. Love you all!!! ❤😂😅😊

I can’t express how excited I am to see y’all in Houston and tell you this in person but finding your videos changed my life. When I first joined I was in an abusive relationship and depressed with my chronic illnesses and disabilities. I decided joining the fitness army would be my self care and it gave me the confidence and self care time to give me the strength to leave that relationship focus on me. It also helped me because I was a dancer before I became wheelchair bound and I missed it immensely so getting back to dance by adapting it brought me something I was missing in my life. Getting movement in also helps immensely because my illnesses make stuck in bed most days which makes things worse but with y’alls encouragement the fun confidence and love things have changed so much thank y’all truly ❤🫶
