Do u notice that all three of the major races in Malaysia are so nice and kind? Whether they are malay, chinese or indians (even Pakistanis), they all willingly helped u out (Hitch-hiking, paying for your food etc)
That is so true! I don’t think race or religion is anything to do with it, Malaysian people are just wonderful! ✨🙌🏼✨
You guys are living life to the fullest. Love your positive vibes & videos.
You might want to consider coming over to Sabah & Sarawak for more jungle adventures.
You must visit the nearest clinic for an injection. You might have a food poisoning. Take care guys. Safe trip back to Kuala Lumpur.
We are doing great now, it actually felt much better before we arrived in Kuala Lumpur! 😁 thank you! ✨

The durian hunting trip with that Uncle would be wonderful if you weren't sick. Drink lot of water and be safe guys ❤ welcome to KL 🎉
It really was so wonderful anyway! We would love to do it again though! Do you like durian? ✨
@@SilkyRonTheRoad you can go to durian farm in Pahang. There are a lot of different type/variety of durian. The famous type is Musang King and Black thorn but i prefer the village/kampung one.
Ooh we love Musang King too and we are not sure if we have tried black thorn! We will visit Pahang so will see what we can find there! 😁
I always prepared some activated charcoal tablets in my bag whenever i go to travel. Quick detoxification.
June, July, August are Durian season 💕
So many types of durian each got their own taste n flavor, sedapppp 👍
Yes, we have been very lucky with the timing of sooting Malaysia and discovering our favourite fruit!

@@SilkyRonTheRoad my favorite are Durian Udang Merah (red prawn) n Durian Kampung😊

I know you spent most of this video talking about durian, but now I'm in the mood for dragonfruit. 😉
We Malaysian, when travel in a long distance. We try to avoid spicy food and curry.☺️
Haha we will remember that for next time, that is some good advice! Do you like durian? ✨

Malaysia has the best durian in the world
That’s probably our favourite too! Although the wild durian was incredible too! 🤤
@@SilkyRonTheRoad wild durians are the OGs. Some ppl prefer this as they are not from plantations and picked up around 4-6AM around the vicinity or from the forest.
Listening to the durian shake, it takes quite an experience to know if the sound means the durian is ripe enough, or if the durian is too big seed or too dry. Some expert can even roughly guess how many durian pieces in the fruit.
Yes, you need to drink lots of water as durian is considered a ‘heaty’ fruit. If not, you might start having sore throat the day after. One traditional/ mother’s tale way is, you use the durian husk, rub a little bit of salt and pour water into the husk and drink from the husk. The durian husk has a little groove at one side and u drink from that corner. Else, you can opt to eat mangosteens instead, known as Queen of Fruit, and is a ‘cooling’ fruit.
Such road side stalls typically sell wild durians with petai(stinky beans) which are harvested from the jungle as well. Some stalls may even sell wild honey
Ahh thank you so much for all of this information! Maybe one day we can become durian experts… we will have to taste a lot and learn as we go! 😋
I wouldn't say that those stink beans (petai) are stinkier than durian. Like asparagus, they will make your pee smell, but they are quite a delicacy. May I also recommend fried tempeh for a veggie option to have with petai and rice? Enjoy KL.
Ahh we understand now! And that does sound great! We hope that we can try it soon! ✨
Those green long things are Stink Beans... they do not stink when you eat... but your pee will stink up the toilet.. .
I need the king durian number plssss....
Haha I don’t think we can give that out but if you send us some more information maybe we can ask him! 😋
I think Borneo durian is better 🤭🤭Lots of options and variations
Ooh we will have to try when we get there! Do you recommend a specific one? 🙊
@@sofiaambrose1649 we will remember that for when we visit! 😉 thank you! 🙏🏼
Human being are born with durian dna or anti durian dna. Its loves or hate it. Seems you have one in your dna.
