Bad Piggies 4-32 Perfect Win

The perfect win is a term that I made up. It means beating the level with all three stars in a single attempt. On some levels it is impossible while for others it only seems impossible. It isn't useful in a casual playthrough but my hope is that for speedruns (particularly 100% speedruns) the strategies will be useful. I try to prioritize using vanilla parts but if I have to, I consider the next best thing is pulling it off using the 1-3 star parts. The tier below that is using any alien parts to beat the level.
For a while I thought this was theoretically possible. I was so happy when I thought it was going to work and then it finally did. I have spent more time than I would like to admit on this one.

Also either than 4-VII I don't see any other level that's perfect winable without alien parts.

@@p00rguy9 I call it the mini game strat: on column 2 put the wood in the middle ballons on top,2 bellows on the sides and 1 fan under it.
On column 4 put on top the box with the egg then put tnt under it and second box under tnt. It must be column 4 to be shot through the ceiling to touch the finish line.
When level starts fly through the right tunnel pop 1 ballon then spam the bellow to touch the finish line after that keep spamming till you end up at the starbox activate fan and spam the left bellow.
Then active the tnt and shoot the egg into the finish line.
