@@Woeismyhoe William also kept his promise until his death but Chloe also mentions that he left her. So anyone who left Chloe's life, she considers them as the people who abandoned her.

Remember, she was having a melt down in that scene after finding out about whatever it was that Frank and Rachel were doing. Personally, I think Nathan was right about Rachel just using Frank. Jeffershit claims Rachel fell for him but he’s not the best narrator source. The letter in the shack and the doe (Rachel’s spirit) appearing to Max, a special person to Chloe, and guiding them shows Chloe was most important to poor Rachel. RIP Rachel Dawn Amber and William Price, you are both very missed dearly by all of us.
We do know, they've been through so much, and we relate to their story as we get to see it progress and feel something strong because of their strength. They are beautifully written people :p
