That was awesome, Eduardo. 9 min flew by, I was riveted to the screen watching you work. Love the camera angles, it felt like I was in your studio with you and I didn't want it to end. Thanks so much for sharing this, my friend.
What lovely feedback Vockie, so glad you got joy from this video, Give me some time, and longer videos will return to this channel, many thanks for your support.
great to watch, is it ordinary spirit used to remove the yellow, do I need to ask for something special as have painting with yellow stains thinking using spirit with buds on it. thanks Charles
This is a mix of different solvents that are measured in special quantities, to remove the varnish but not damage the painting, always need to be tested. it is complex, it is not a good idia to use only one solvent, that maybe too much aggressive and destroy the paint layer.
Thank you for your message, until reach here was a long process, but I plan in the future to make a video about it,. Basically, I started by choosing a military career, but I had a strong health problem that forced me to leave the army because arts were always present in my life, I decided to study painting at the university, During my master's in Antwerp I developed some fine arts restoration skills, and decided to study it too. And this is more or less the path I did follow.
