Decoding the Dodecahedron: Ancient Rome to Atom Bombs

This is the only shape that could get you killed for speaking about, and recently, they found a bunch of these in Ancient Rome. These “mysterious” things are called dodecahedrons. So if they were so forbidden in the age before ancient Rome, then why do we see them all over the place and why is the best explanation we have for them a tool to knit shirts or a religious artifact? We get religious artifacts when nobody knows wtf it did and they can sound like they’re on to something. Now, if we look at the history of the shape, what the culture said about the shape, the geometry of the shape, what it has been used for, and combine that with our current knowledge, I’m pretty sure we can figure this out.

I like your videos. Firstly, You decode rather than debunking. (Shows higher intellect). Secondly, I like the way you structure your videos. On the esoteric... Maybe just maybe the small bumps are to hold the lenses with leather and be able to switch lenses around. The lenses being used for cartography to see the stars or project them over a map

From a classical perspective this Epistemology in this video is ridiculous and hard to watch. On a personal level I agree with this kind of thinking and love sacred geometry. Coherentism, correspondence of truth. Holistic reasoning is difficult to navigate.
A deep dive on synthetic analysis of complex systems would be sick to see in a future video. The modern word only respects stats and predictive power. I'd be very curious to see if we can justify this holistic thinking better.

The atom bomb is not a dodecahedron. The structure of the bomb is just following the rules of icosahedral symmetry. Many spherical objects have 12 pentagon faces. Look at a soccer ball 12 pentagons and 20 hexagons called a truncated icosahedron. The dodecahedron is 5 cubes oriented in icosahedral symmetry. The icosahedron is the foundation of the symmetry used not the dodecahedron. All one needs to do is understand how the platonic solids are nested within one another to see the relationship. Plenty on my YT channel for you to explore.
Also icosahedral symmetry has 12 lines of radiation, which are not in the same orientation as the vector equilibrium which has 12 lines of radiation in tetrahedral and octahedral symmetry. If the A bomb was based on icosahedral symmetry those lines would be icosahedral in nature not tetrahedral. However from a Hexagon drawing perspective they may be perceived to be the same, but they are not.
And of course those golden rectangles you are showing inside the dodecahedron are the vertices of an Icosahedron lol. Since it is the dual of the icosahedron. The Icosahedron vertices of which there are 12 will be in the center of the dodecahedron! So like I said it's the geometry you are describing has foundation more on the icosahedron.

Of course, you're absolutely right. I was touching on quite a few points in this video and didn't wanna get too in-depth into any one or i could go on for hours. The icosahedron is the platonic dual of the dodecahedron so that absolutely checks out.
I fully see the dodecahedron and the Fibonacci sequence through the macro-microcosm. But I have one question that I’m trying to understand, I’ve been spending weeks trying to find the answer and I can’t seem to find it anywhere. If you look at the dodecahedron from the aerial/side view, there 10 sides. So why are there 12 houses in astrology? I don’t think it began by “seeing” 12 constellations on the ecliptic, I think it began because the ancients understood math and the 12 sides of the sphere (dodeca). But, if you lay it flat, (on a zodiacal wheel/flat surface) there’s only 10 sides (because the top/bottom nodes are in the center. Therefore, how is the dodecahedron exemplified on an astrology wheel? I’m trying to understand how they used the wheel to map planetary alignment, but I can’t figure it out. Do you have any resources that help to explain this?

Was apparently a 32 sided shape charge on that bomb. The explosives needed simultaneous detonation for energy but also to prevent movement of core. It would have been a circular shape charge if you could reliably detonate all areas at once.

Not buying the astronomy angle. I have watched a lot of these videos and think the objects were used to weave jewelry chains and similar. Unlike your theories, the jewelry chains have actually been made using the dodecahedron.
I think it’s an ancient flower frog for floral decorations , none rusting , stands in a water tray and holds flowers in place, romans loved Roses, flowers would have been used for villas where they had money and entertained.
My guess is the roman dodecahedrons were used for meditation purposes.
They can also be hung by a string in order to cast a shadow.
The shadow can then be studied from different angles and perspectives to gain further insight into its true nature..
Everything seems connected because nothing is actually shown to have any real connection at all..
