    their songs "wedding", "a night on earth", "a fine lass you are", and "everythings bad" too just name a few, are also songs by the Tossers that are intense with feelings, Slainte:)

      wish they would cut this on a studio album. along with A Stor Mo Chroi its another immigration (lonliness, feeling ostracized) song that would lend itself well to Tony's voice

    @zedma64 If you liked this one, you should listen to "Gaelic Storm"'s version, same name of the song.
    It's also an amazing interpretation of the song.

    i love the ground whereon she stands. when your land is under threat of being taken over by another race land means alot. so it has a double meaning like many great irish songs. though I believe it was originally a scandinavian song

    I've actually thought 'twas a different version of 'tartan is the colour of my true love's hair', but it has nothing to do with it. Well, nice song anyway.
