Definitely Robbie Daymond. When I saw him I freaked out because he’s also Prompto from Final Fantasy XV and Goro Akechi from Persona 5. I was shocked to see him be the voice of Tuxedo Mask.
Robbie Daymond and Vince Corazza are the best as Tuxedo Mask/Mamoru both have fitting voices and capture everything about him perfectly. Rino did a good job capturing Mamoru's immature side but other than that he just sounded cheesy. Toby proctor had a fitting voice but was working under bad direction.

I didn't know that was Toby Proctor as the voice of Tuxedo Mask after episode 12. I thought that was Rino Romano doing a better performance than he did in the first 12 episodes. But I think at the end of the day, Robbie Daymond is the best one. Still can't believe that's the same guy who was SwaySway on Breadwinners and Raymond the pretty boy sports bot on OK KO Let's Be Heroes (though I don't mind the latter role).
I grew up with Vincent as Tuxedo Mask, but I love Robbie's voice already in all his other characters, so I love him as Tuxedo Mask in Sailor Moon Crystal.
Tuxedo Mask's voice actors for the DiC dub surprisingly didn't sound too bad even though the other voice actors from that dub sound like crap. But of course, I favour Robbie Daymond the most.
