Great ideas but there there is no way Macedonia (skopje) can form Ancient Greece... Skopje never existed back, the name ancient Greece speaks for itself. Except I'd you mean the Greek Macedonian. I haven't play ROM for a while so my bad if that's what you meant.
kaliningrad would never be prussia, it's illogical; kaliningrad is mostly russian nowadays; prussia was a german state; im not sure ethnic russians would want to create a german state.
