We have an Airbus A380 released on Xbox this week but it's from Bredok3D who isn't exactly great. So I decided to buy and review the product.

Still considering getting this, as this is the only A380 available on Xbox. We will not get the Flybywire one. I just wish Emirates livery was included.
That is literally the only reason I bought it. I just can’t see any A380’s dropping on Xbox anytime in the future from reputable developers.

If you'd ever heard of Bredok before, you'd be warned of the "basement of quality" in foresight. But thanks for sharing this amazing yet poor msfs monstrosity. I'm pretty sure Bredok saw a chance of skimping everything, as long as he'd be in the marketplace first and sugarpunch everyone, as before.
Yeah when I first started playing MFS I bought his F-22 immediately was disappointed. definitely don't think he deserve $20 plus tax...
Please note: Despite the comments that the cockpit is an A 320 cockpit I can assure you it is not. Wikipedia A380 cockpit and then A 320 images and they are not identical at all. The A 380 is far larger and also has different glass and functions placements.
They used the default cockpit to model this one is what people are saying.
It's not a joke for the author - he must be making good money with this. I agree with all of your other points. The MS advertising promoting the A380 does say cabin in the description, so it doesn't fulfil its advertised description, Unless cabin and cockpit is considered to be the same?
Cabin should be the seats, if it’s been advertised and it’s not appearing then that’s an issue. I’m just hoping it comes in a future update. But I can’t put it past Bredok to do that.

Now sold #500 units for Xbox in just a few days. At US$22.00 = US$11,000.00 Not bad work if you can get it.

The developer is taking advantage of the fact that Xbox users are desperate for an a380... and its not the first time, he never put out anything worth more than 5 dollars.
The description says "Realistic cockpit and cabin." But since there is no cabin, its false advertising and justified for a refund.
Funny thing is I requested a refund and got denied. Apparently I’ve used up my four refunds for the year when I’ve not made any claims in 2024

For 24 dollars I can't complain,first flight now , Brisbane to Nadi at night .Lighting in the cockpit of all the dimming of each one was good no complaints there.
16 panels more than some.
The feel of flying felt right compared to one I had on FSX.
I like the map screen on the left ,I wish that is in all the air buses.
I know these guys copped a lot of criticism from the past but I think the others might have to improve because these guys are coming through for value of ,You get what you pay for standards and I think for $33.00 and on special for $24.00 it's on the money.
Everybody thinks you should get PMDG standard for that price needs a kick up the butt hole..😮

Exactly this. I said in the video that I’ve been wanting an A380 for ages and I always receive comments saying why not just wait for the free one? What free one? Xbox users never get freeware and we can’t afford to wait.
Of course there are some criticisms with the aircraft, lack of cabin and liveries but I’m hoping they come in an update soon though I’m not banking on it

I have a problem with this plane on xbox series s. When I take off, it doesn't engage autopilot, then it starts to lose speed, stalls and crashes. Sometimes it puts me on autopilot much later and in the meantime I'm off course or at unassigned altitudes. How can I immediately engage the autopilot? Thank you
I think this is an issue others have had as well. Someone mentioned that you should wait until 5000ft before you apply autopilot.
@@JMGaming32 It's variable but generally from 1,500ft to 2,500ft.

Waiting on aerosoft We will see if that’s any good. And I’m waiting for the Inibuilds a350, I have the Fenix and PMDG but i like flying Long haul so I’m stuck flying the LVFR A330 and 787. If you think this plane is good I’d recommend the A330-900 Neo

@@garethhunt2655 the 787 is horrendous for me that it’s unflyable. When I just put auto pilot on the A380, it does dip but then it levels itself up and then starts going up
Will have to try that mate, it’s annoying to think they allow unflyable aircraft in their game

Nope, which is weird. But when I exit the game and then redo it as approach into any airport, the sound comes back.

@@dirtycasper I did, even then the sound doesn’t appear which is annoying. But I’ve had this issue with other aircraft’s as well

@@DrewHolli Well. You didn't purchase it. How do you know it isn't any good? 3 UA-cam channels are enough for you to dismiss it? IF you can actually fly an airliner to a flight plan and then land it within spec, I would advise you DO buy it. I'll even give you a full tutorial from cold dark start to taxi, takeoff, climb to cruise at FL 400 and descent then approach and landing to and from any airport in the world for a 3 hour intro to the A380-800 for free on Xbox Series X!

Tbf, the more I use it, the more it’s decent. The only bad thing is the lack of cabin and sometimes autopilot doesn’t work

@@JMGaming32 AP works fine on my Series X and the cabin is irrelevant as I fly planes. I'm not interested in looking at a passenger cabin. This A 380 sounds like an A 380 and has excellent flight physics. Exterior textures are excellent and it does not suffer from frame rate loss. It performs to the Airbus A 380 parameters in climb, crz and descent. It also lands beautifully and behaves very accurately in roll and pitch. 5 stars from me! It's a bargain.

@@DrewHolli Well IF you can prove a developer is deliberately "Genuinely taking advantage of Xbox users" they should be reported to the FBI, Interpol & Scotland Yard. Either way the sales are headed towards 1,000 in just a week and the "majority" of positive ratings in Marketplace far outweigh the negatives. I purchased it and am flying well known routes to within a few minutes of the real life route times depending on headwinds etc.

I'm confused. Is not xbox players getting constant crashes while flying into high detailed airports? Mostly aircraft with modern avionics.

@@JMGaming32 I'm getting black screens every time I fly in and around high detail airports. I get the black screens in modern airplanes.

@@JMGaming32 Nor me and I've done a few Beta's as well. People do NOT understand that Internet speed is the same as their Internet "stability". They do not test their modem/router every second of the day or night so would have no idea if they are suffering from internet congestion in their area. We obviously have very stable connections and myself in a village of 976 properties only 60% are even connected to fibre much less have a high speed plan and or use the internet for just emails and some casual browsing. The general public is highly Internet not savvy at all.
