23:30 you can see while delirium is in the death animation it starts to transform into different things very fast, the first one appears to be lungs (indicating isaac suffocating in his chest), the second one a brain with an eye on it (maybe representing the last moments isaac spends in the chest being delirious and imagining everything we see in game) and then last turns into a depiction of mom and dad, with isaac between them (maybe meaning they feel guilty for the separation of their parents)
that's such a cool detail do add and so easy to miss, this mod is really cool
yeah saw that too such an amazing expression of the character is supposed to represent, in the original game he'd just feel a like a weird boss with the connection being to specific to the game to exactly as isaac story, it got close and this Did it perfectly the death animation solidfying the story being told, Delirum falls as comes out of it's mouth is a replication of Isaac 23:23

I love the blue baby phase of hush because it really looks like it's trying to fly away but remains stuck to the ground, caught up in its own flesh. There's probably some symbolism there.

Items that increase your tears do not go past the tear cap
while items that increase "fire rate" do go past the tears cap

Items that say "fire rate up" on EID go past tear rate cap. Tears up from experimental treatment also goes past the cap.

I played a run of Issac today and had the rarest thing that’s ever happened to me.
I blew up a mushroom and it had both magic mush and a crawl space.
On top of that the crawl space was a black market which had (thanks to chaos) deaths touch and rocket in jar which was helpful since I had dr. Fetus
I had to post this somewhere because it was crazy.

Fun fact that i learned from some youtube comments: if an enemy spawns next to where a door could spawn, apparently the game will count that door as invalid. Which (assuming this is actually true) means you can rule out some secret room spots based on where enemies spawn.

I've realized that matt always says you need to remember the items that go past the tear rate, but never points out the fact that any item that says fire rate up instead of tear up with external item descriptions goes past the cap.
