The chapter is passing through a great history of regimes contrary to God, with a key highlight being the ascent of the Son of Man to receive the eternal kingdom. But Jesus has entrusted the Kingdom to christian believers, so that for instance you see they have been made co-heirs with Christ. Through prayer and mission they can work now to bring the Kingdom in, then it is prophesied they will come at the 2nd coming of Christ to enforce the Kingdom during the Millenium. See in 7.27 its not essentially the Saints' kingdom but God's - Jesus is God. If you wanted to make it the Saints' kingdom then they would receive the worship of men and angels, which could not be, as that would be idolatrous. But the Messiah is shown to be divine in a number of the messianic prophecies, so its not idolatrous in His case, but His due.

Something I noticed this morning while reading in the Gospel of Luke. Jesus casts out the Legion of demons from the man in Gerasenes. As a symbol of destruction. If the lake of fire is an eternal place of torment then why is the lake of fire thrown into hell at Revelation 20:14? Where did you get the term "God the Son"? Jesus and his disciples never said it.
Jesus and the Father are one in purpose but not in divinity. They are not one in power and authority. Because look what Jesus said in the following verse.
John 14:28:
…… for the Father is greater than I.
The disciples (sheep) are given by the Father to Jesus. Jesus can not hold the sheep (disciples) if the Father does not give them to Jesus as mentioned in John 6:44 and John 6:65. So we can see that Jesus could not hold many of his disciples (sheep) who turned back and no longer followed him as mentioned in John 6:66. So Jesus and the Father are not one in power and authority. They are one only in purpose. And that purpose was given by the Father for the disciples to Jesus. Jesus has to obey that purpose of the Father as mentioned in John 6:39.

The chapter is passing through a great history of regimes contrary to God, with a key highlight being the ascent of the Son of Man to receive the eternal kingdom. Something I noticed this morning while reading in the Gospel of Luke.
Jesus casts out the Legion of demons from the man in Gerasenes. Notice what it says about Jesus and God in verse 39:
“Return to your house and describe what great things GOD has done for you.” So he went away, proclaiming throughout the whole city what great things JESUS had done for him."

JOHN 8:58 ego eimi means “I am he” not “I AM!” It is said by healed blind man at John 9:9, angel Gabriel at Luke 1:19, apostle Peter at Acts 10:21. It is not a claim to deity or being God. And the Tower of Babel if you read the chapter before the story of Babel it tells how they left each with their own language then they tell how it all happened. Genesis chapter 10 and 11.

As for Revelation, the Alpha and Omega he who was, is, and is to come. (Who is to come? Jesus but is not God with him? So both are coming)

Who raised Jesus to life?
God raised Jesus in the spirit and in this state he preached to the spirits (1 Peter 3:18-20 rebellious angels from Noah’s day Genesis chapter 6) in prison.
Jesus stated he would raise his body (John 2:19) which he did. God raised Jesus’s Spirit and in the Spirit state he was able to raise his body. Just as angels who are Spirits can materialize into flesh (Genesis 6/the two angels that appeared to lot came in the form of men Genesis 19/Hebrews 13:2. And flesh and blood cannot inherit Gods kingdom 1 Corinthians 15:50
As for hell
Sheol, hades, Gehenna, and hell have become synonymous and most Bibles now translate them all hell. Hell is a Germanic word meaning to hide or cover over. Which is what we do with dead bodies. But when Jesus spoke of hell and or hell fire he used the word Gehenna. Which is an actual place outside of Jerusalem where they burned trash (hence lake of fire) also in O.T. Times they sacrificed babies there. Jesus spoke in parables (a simple moral or religious lesson that would be FAMILIAR to the listener Matthew 13:34) the garbage dumb outside of Jerusalem would be familiar to the Jews. As a symbol of destruction. If the lake of fire is an eternal place of torment then why is the lake of fire thrown into hell at Revelation 20:14? In those times torment or torturers were used for jailers or a jail sentence (KJV or older Matthew 18:34) the idea of an eternal place of torment for 80 to 100 years of sin is such an unjust and unloving punishment for a just and loving God. It’s just another lie to slander our good, awesome and loving creator. Also why was Jesus in hell after he died? Acts 2:31 it is because “hell” is the grave.

Nabeel was totally wrong. He did not understand those verses of Daniel at all.
In Daniel 7:13, “One like the Son of Man” or “One like the Son of human being” is a symbol of a collective, namely, the faithful Israelites or saints. It does not mean Jesus at all. Look at the following verses of Daniel 7:13-14 again.
Daniel 7:13-14 (nkjv):
13 “I (Daniel) was watching in the night visions,
And behold, One like the Son of Man (Son of human being i.e. faithful Israelites or saints),
Coming with the clouds of heaven!
He (faithful Israelites or saints) came to the Ancient of Days (God the Father),
And they brought Him (faithful Israelites or saints) near before Him (God the Father).
14 Then to Him (faithful Israelites or saints) was given dominion and glory and a kingdom,
That all peoples, nations, and languages should serve Him (God the Father).
His (God the Father) dominion is an everlasting dominion,
Which shall not pass away,
And His (God the Father) kingdom the one
Which shall not be destroyed.
Look, Daniel has interpreted his own vision of Daniel 7:13-14 in Daniel 7:27.
15 “I, Daniel, was grieved in my spirit within my body, and the visions of my head troubled me. 16 I came near to one of those who stood by, and asked him the truth of all this. So he told me and made known to me the interpretation of these things: …
27 Then the kingdom and dominion,
And the greatness of the kingdoms under the whole heaven,
Shall be given to the people, the saints of the Most High.
His kingdom is an everlasting kingdom,
And all dominions shall serve and obey Him.’
28 “This is the end of the account. …”
So from the interpretation of the vision of Daniel 7:14 in Daniel 7:27, you can see that the kingdoms under the whole heaven shall be given to the saints or faithful Israelites by God the Father but not to Jesus. So the phrase “One like the Son of Man” mentioned in Daniel 7:13 was not Jesus but it was the saints or faithful Israelites.
Now if you want to clear your understanding more, then read the verses of Daniel 7:27 from the KJV bible as follows.
Daniel 7:27 (kjv):
And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him.
So now from the KJV bible, you can clearly see that the most High's kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him.
That means God the Father's kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey God the Father but not Jesus at all.
@@razib00007 No you got it totally wrong it says "ONE" (verse 13) and "HIM" (Verse 13 & 14) and the Aramaic phrase for the "Son of Man" here is "bar enash" which means human being.

14 And there was given HIM dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed."
If you look at verse 14 it says given to HIM glory and all people nations shall serve him.. so if we go by your logic then HIM would mean people in this sentence which doesn't make any sense at all :)
When Jesus refers himself as "Son of Man" he is referring to this Son of Man.. Jesus said specifically "coming with the clouds of heaven" (Matthew 26:64), (Revelation 1:7). There is no way of misinterpret this as Jesus is claiming to be that Son of Man.
