प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना नयी सूचि वर्ष 2024 की जारी हो गयी जिसका नाम पीएम आवास योजना की सूचि 2024 में होगा उस परिवार को पक्का मकान मिलेगा।
वर्ष 2024 - पीएम मोदी ने महाराष्ट्र के सोलापुर में आवास योजना के अंतर्गत बनी देश की सबसे बड़ी सोसाइटी का उद्घाटन किया और लाभार्थियों को घरों की चाबी सौंपी।
प्रधान मंत्री आवास योजना के अंतर्गत किसे पक्का मकान मिलता है? लाभार्थियों का चयन करना पीएमएवाई-जी की सबसे महत्वतपूर्ण विशेषताओं में से एक है। यह सुनिश्चित करना कि उन्हीं। व्यक्तियों को सहायता दी गई हैं जो वास्तएविक रूप से वंचित हैं और जिनका चयन उद्देश्यंपरक और सत्याहपित है।
1. बीपीएल परिवारों में से लाभार्थियों का चयन करने के बजाय पीएमएवाई-जी में सामाजिक आर्थिक और जाति आधारित जनगणना (एसईसीसी-2011) के आंकड़ों में आवास वंचन पैरामीटरों का उपयोग करके लाभार्थियों का चयन किया जाता है.
बाद में जिसका सत्यािपन ग्राम सभा द्वारा किया जाता है। एसईसीसी आंकड़ों में परिवारों के आवास से संबंधित विशेष वंचन को शामिल किया जाता है।
2. उन परिवारों के आंकड़ों, जो बेघर हैं और 1 और 2 कच्चीि दिवारों और कच्ची। छत वाले मकानों में रहते हैं, उनको अलग करके उनका निर्धारण किया जा सकता है। बनाई गई स्थाैयी प्रतीक्षा सूची से यह सुनिश्चित होता है कि राज्यों के पास आने वाले वर्षों में योजना के अंतर्गत कवर किए जाने वाले परिवारों की तैयार सूची (वार्षिक चयन सूचियों के माध्ययम से) है जिससे कार्यान्वगयन के लिए बेहतर आयोजना बनाने में मदद मिलती है। लाभार्थियों के चयन से संबंधित शिकायतों का समाधान करने के लिए अपीलीय प्रक्रिया भी निर्धारित की गई है।
