In this world 🌎 where things have gone more wacky then ever it is comforting to KNOW that JESUS WHO who died for us all on the cross sent HOLY SPIRIT to comfort us. Our LORD IS OUR HELPER IN ALL Circumstances. Sometimes it feels as though our PRAYERS are bouncing back off the ceiling. The enemy would want us to give up. Yes LORD, Deliver us from the evil one. Thank you Pastor for reminding us that HE WILL NEVER LEAVE US OR FORSAKE US ! HE didn't say maybe HE SAID NEVER !!! & as I sit here on a break from school I reflect on the WORD OF GOD- my BIBLE & HE SAID NEVER ! NEVER as I reflect another word IS ETERNAL, FOREVER 😔 HE WILL ETERNALLY BE WITH US IN GOOD TIMES & NOT SO GOOD. A song comes to my mind with the words, ( I beg your pardon, I NEVER PROMISED you a 🌹 rose garden 🎶 along with the 🌞 sunshine there's got to be a little rain sometime). Think about it🙄🤔. Roses have thorns & it hurts when you get pricked by one. JESUS WORE A CROWN OF THORNS NOT OF HIS CHOOSING. Rain without water no life without HIS BLOOD NO ETERNAL LIFE FOR THE REMISSION OF OUR SINS. If I may share an experience with you @violet. I remember 40 years ago when I would experience feelings of loneliness, rejection, fear, anxiety, depression with many tears. I would entertain dark, troubling suicidal thoughts. One evening in a Church Bible Study, I asked my late Pastor (Spiritual Father since youth) about handling our fears. The room suddenly became quiet, as he stared at me the with love and care of A HEAVENLY FATHER'S PRESENCE. Then he shared a wonderful illustration (I'm paraphrasing the dialogue from memory). He invited us to remember the times in our life when we were very afraid and trembling with this awful dread that would overtake us. Then, suddenly, you would feel this PEACEFUL CALM inside your mind and body that would settle you, as you were able to carry out the task or quietly fall asleep. He said this is GOD'S PRESENCE WITH YOU. HE IS THE HOLY SPIRIT ASSURING YOU. 🕊Jesus Says, "I Will Ask The Father, and He Will Give you Another Helper, THAT HE MAY BE WITH YOU FOREVER. Peace I Leave with you; not as the world gives Do I Give To you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be afraid" John 14. We confidently say, "THE LORD IS MY HELPER, I will not be afraid" Hebrews 13:6. Amen 🙏🙌🙌🙌
@@fredriecka8685 God bless you, thank you for your beautiful words, I do love the Lord, and yes Jesus is my Savior, but I am weary and God has been speaking to me in my dreams. This morning the tears flowed and have been flowing since yesterday. I pray against discouragement but it has been coming really hard in my spirit. Even as a believer maybe I'm feeling this way because my many prayers sometimes feel like no one is listening...I feel this heaviness, and I am asking for prayers against spiritual warfare going on in my spirit right now. Dear Sister, I have been attacked like that too & I have found those evil Spirits hate it when I start singing praise songs. Many times tears streaming down my cheeks, I sing with as much might as I can and the burdens start lifting bc God loves our praise especially in trouble like Peter & Paul put up in jails. Paul was an amazing believer, but as he was doing the perfect will of God he found himself hanging onto a shred of a ship in the Mediterranean Sea. Comparison is the thief of joy, so I go to my journals & write down at least 3 things I'm grateful for and leave the comparing to others. It just does nothing but rob of of the opportunity to be content. Sending u love & blessings from West Michigan dear Sister, keep holding onto your hope in Jesus! ❤
