If something made of glass is broken, it's bad omen. 7. If you boil the milk and let it overflow when you buy your new home, then you'll never lack of anything in that place. 8. Never to eat prasad with left hand. 9. Never to say 'I'm leaving/going while going out', instead say I'll come. 10. Never ask 'where are you going' when the person is about to leave as the work will be delayed if you ask so.

They said it cuz in those olden days there was no electricity. Sun is the only source of light during the day. No source of light during night. So when cut nails, unknowingly some nails may fall on floor and food. If we stamp on nails we may get injury. That’s why we shouldn’t cut nails during night. But nowadays it’s okay to cut nails during night, cuz we have electricity facilities.
