Apart from the above, some superstitions I heard growing up were:
1. To always put right leg while entering the temple because right side of the body be it hand or leg is considered to be auspicious.
2. Never to give money by holding it between the two fingers as you might loose it.
3. If two people say something at the same time or if a crow is making noise near your house, guests will come.
4. If you sneeze thrice while going out of the house or if there are three people going at some work, then your work will get delayed or it will turn out to be a blunder.
5. If your mother asks you to eat something just before stepping out of the house, either drink a sip of water or eat a pinch of sugar because you might not be able to have anything throughout the day.
6. If something made of glass is broken, it's bad omen.
7. If you boil the milk and let it overflow when you buy your new home, then you'll never lack of anything in that place.
8. Never to eat prasad with left hand.
9. Never to say 'I'm leaving/going while going out', instead say I'll come.
10. Never ask 'where are you going' when the person is about to leave as the work will be delayed if you ask so.

In ancient time people don't had power shower to wash their pichwada and used their left hand to do so but right hand is used to eat and used mostly that why

They said it cuz in those olden days there was no electricity. Sun is the only source of light during the day. No source of light during night. So when cut nails, unknowingly some nails may fall on floor and food. If we stamp on nails we may get injury. That’s why we shouldn’t cut nails during night. But nowadays it’s okay to cut nails during night, cuz we have electricity facilities.

Another superstition that when you cross over a sleeping person makes that person short...
In my family, when u cross a sleeping person the person will lose a year of his life and he will die one year early than he's supposed to. But it won't happen when u cross him back 😂😂😂
In our childhood all must have done this we off the light of the room and run very fast so that ghost dosent catches us 😂😂😂
