I've gotta say, you've really got the basics of video production down.
When I saw your video in my recommended with a decent, not super clickbaity title + decent thumbnail and barely any views, I was curious and was somewhat pleasantly surprised.
4:10 Homie... what're you doing with the toothbrush? It looks like you're just randomly scrubbing at random spots xD, if you wanna do that then just grab a rag and some isopropyl.
11:25 I really like the idea of cable-tying the daisy-chain PCIE power cable back to itself, like you said there's no really good way to route it, unless you spend a buncha money on a super nice custom cable which functionally isn't necessary... anyways, great idea, I will now steal it :p
17:30 Have you tried clearing the CMOS? That's sometimes a common issue with RAM problems, if not, try swapping which order the sticks are in, which slots you're using, etc, untill you can for sure 100% narrow down the problem to that one stick of RAM.
If that doesn't work, if I ever have a wacky issue with a computer I will simply take *everything* apart, inspect/clean the contacts of the connectors, then put everything together ensuring that everything is properly connected. Sometimes this doesn't do anything. Sometimes this will magically fix everything. Ideally you'd do it beforehand just to be sure, but you can always do that next time.
Luckily, if you need to buy replacement RAM, DDR4 is pretty cheap.
I'm running a 2x16GB kit of the same GSkill Ripjaws that you're also using, which I bought for $65 last year and it's still around the same price as of checking Amazon today.
A replacement 2x8GB kit is $45, and I saw one used 8GB stick on ebay for $15 (not including shipping).
You can decide what route you'd like to go down, consult your budget and weigh the risks of buying new vs used.
I usually try my luck with used parts since most of the time you get exactly what you wanted and it works perfectly for infinitely cheaper, but other times you can get stuck in a cycle of buying and returning defective parts, so beware of that.
Anyways, I like what you're doing, keep up the good work and it might genuinely get ya somewhere on UA-cam.
If you'd like to talk tech then feel free to yell at me on Discord.

reset your bios, 2 sticks failing at the same time is very rare.
