why do they make it a totally seperate skin? so weird. that should be an edit style. and you should be able to emote right into it. cmon epic
As much as that'd be cool, I think thatd be..idk maybe like too much value for a skin you get for 1000 vbucks. For example, in chapters 3 and 4 the dragon ball skins with built in emotes and styles to choose which style to start as, those were at least 1500 vbucks but I think they were mostly 2000 vbucks actually. Plus, they probably wanna give a reason for people to play the game more, so you need to play it to unlock the other aang skin (or buy tiers alternatively). Also basically every other mini pass has been in this format in the past im pretty sure.

@@seanmurphy046 We have built-in emotes locked behind battle pass levels all the time (including the current pass with Hades); the transformation into Avatar State still could've been the final reward.

@DecityDoesFortnite that's a fair point, yeah. I was just referring to the current event pass for the avatar stuff though, and comparing it to how epic has done event passes in the past (the same way). I will make this comparison as well: say you buy premium access to the current battle pass, the immediate unlocked skin doesn't usually have a built in transformation emote. You have to get to lvl 100 (either by buying tiers or getting xp) to unlock hades emote. With this event pass you unlock a skin immediately as well, just with no built in emote or anything (as is the case with usual regular fortnkte battle passes, and not just event passes).

i wish all these anime skins got a shell shading on and off toggle, i like the animated skins but sometimes i just want 3D skins to match backblings or stuff like that

Not anime style. Its called "cell-shaded". Its the effects that gives procedural 2D borders and shadows to 3D models. @@nonnny_

as someone else said it supposedly makes sense being two skins as it’s the scar on the back that allows him to be his avatar state. i haven’t seen the show tho so i can’t put much input into that.
