    Suzuki certainly makes some good bikes

    Suzuki are really leaning into the cyberpunk/Deus Ex/Blade runner style heavily, and I love it.

      They do be having some sharp lines. This is a good looking machine! Thanks for checking out the video!

    1. I can't be the only to the GSX-S1000GX looks like a Zoid.
    2. I know I'm getting older, because I want to take one of these for a test ride so bad.
    Another great video, Ghost!

      I saw "Zoid" and thought "Zord", then with the green on this bike thought of calling it DragonZord if I owned it. Hmmm. But! The Versys is a bit more comfortable, so I'm good with what I got, but this is a spicy machine, very nice! Thanks Bud!!

    It's a beauty. I have 750 version of this engine and it is ferocious when you give her the beans. I ponder where you can give a liter bike the beans?I'll have to try one one day and find out. Be a shame not to hear that metallic rasp and feel the sound a fury.

    Sold my year 2000 Suzuki Intruder VL1500 with 85,000 miles. No need for valve checks as it was Hydralic valve adjusters...
    I wanted a yellow Vstrom but the 1050xt only one with cruise control and loaded with metal panniers was $15,000.
    Now own a 21' Moto Guzzi V85tt centenario with 1,700 miles bought out the door for $11,300. She feels solid, hope it lasts 🤞

      Hope so! I often feel the Japanese brands still have the edge when it comes to reliability, but all bikes are pretty good now. Enjoy it!

    Saw many comments from current owners about the vibration on the mirrors. Did you notice them during the test ride? the vibration seems prominent on the video as well

    • @ghostontwowheels
      @ghostontwowheels  5 місяців тому +1

      I didn't really notice it much, because while the mirrors were vibrating I was still able to use them pretty well and know what was behind me, didn't distort the visual that much. Or maybe my tolerance for the mirror vibration is higher, but yeah I felt they were still usable so it didn't really register with me as a good or bad.

      @@ghostontwowheels thanks for the reply. I guess I'm able to tolerate if it's useable. Cheers!

    Good review, nice way to use your bike for comparison. I think there is some potential for off road use as the front forks have more travel than the GT version. I agree that focus in the on road manners makes this a contender, but I would put the Tracer 900GT+ as its rival. Keep up the great content, see you in chat elsewhere.

      Thanks! Yeah the to Tracer 9 would be Yamaha's comparison to this. They could certainly do a little of road, but my factor for that is the wheel: you got cast wheels, stay on the pavement. You got spoked wheels then you can head off road. But if the terrain isn't too crazy then yeah, just get the right tires and have at it!
