Would it be possible to use a strong bonding agent like Silkaflex 252 in place of screws/rivets if you didnt want to drill holes in your van?

You could. I wouldn't recommend it with this table as the mounting area around the edges of the table are quite small so you wouldn't get much surface area for bonding. Not saying it's not possible with a different type of table.

What’s the weight limit? Would I be able to run my babyQ Weber on there?

Not sure on the official weight limit of the table but I run my Ziggy on there, similar weight to a baby q

Do you think this would would hold a Black stone grill? and take the heat?

It would hold the weight no problems. As for the heat we constantly run either the electric fry pan or the Gasmate Odyssey on it and have not had any problems.

What silicone did you use as I have just bought a table.

Mark we used selleys wet area waterproof silicone. I believe we used Matt white.
