What the hell!! St.lucia is the only place this happens. To go to the states ypu need a visa which is a whole long process and you're still not guaranteed access this is ridiculous

A colleague on FB asked whether this is real
"I'm thinking not possible. I don't remember in my lifetime ever getting any correspondence from any GOSL department that did not come in a brown envelope (mostly) with GOSL across the top. It would be worth the effort of the Immigration & CIP departments to clarify this🤔🤔"
