I’m looking to do the same thing. Everyone else is putting their square cab on the newer frame but I’m looking to do the same thing that you are. What all did you need to do to the old frame to stiffen it up?

How did you do You're fuel? Did you use the original tanks

Yes i used stock tanks plumed up a fass feed tube a 6.4 lift pump to feed the motor . Stock gauge works

No i cut the tunnel added 2 inches .

Yes i fabed up the lbz brakets to the 84 frame so i could use the oem lbz mounts .
