今回もご視聴誠にありがとうございます。
約一年ぶりのショベルヘッドカスタムプロジェクト。
だいぶ長らくお待たせしてしまいました。
フレーム修正、ブレーキのロッド(クロスオーバーシャフトの整形、修正)、パウダーコーティング塗装、エンジン、ミッションフルオーバーホールなどなど、思っていたよりかなり長い時間がかかってしまいました…
ですが、すべて完ぺきに仕上がりました。当店のショベルヘッドフルカスタムは、フレーム点検、修正から始まり、エンジン、トランスミッションは全て分解してオーバーホール(詳細気になる方はお問合せ下さい)。オープンプライマリーでもセルモーターは取り付け。発電機、点火系、バッテリー、電気配線、バッテリーケーブルまで全て新品。ホイールやシャシまわりのベアリングは全て新品。まで行います。
仕上がり後も100km以上のテストランを行い、問題が無いことをしっかりと確認してからお渡し致します。正直ほかのショップさんよりも高いとは思いますが、それだけしっかりと当時の新車よりも高いレベルで組み上げておりますので、ご興味がある方だけお問合せ下さい。
今年もショベルのフルカスタムは3台のオーダーを頂いております。
4月に行われるジョインツ。8月のニューオーダー。12月のホットロッドカスタムショーそれぞれに出展致しますので、楽しみにしていてください。

It's been almost a year since the shovelhead customisation project.
We have been waiting for a long time.
It has taken considerably longer than we had hoped, with frame modifications, brake rods (shaping and modifying the crossover shafts), powder coating paint, engine and transmission full overhaul, etc...
But it was all finished to perfection. Our shovelhead full customisation starts with frame inspection and modification, then the engine and transmission are all disassembled and overhauled (please contact us if you are interested in the details). The cell motor is also fitted in the open primary. The generator, ignition system, battery, electrical wiring and even the battery cables are all new. All new bearings around the wheels and chassis. The car will be done up to and including the following.
After finishing, we test run the car for more than 100 km to make sure there are no problems before handing it over. To be honest, we think it is more expensive than other shops, but we build it up to a higher level than new cars at the time, so please only contact us if you are interested.
We have three fully customised shovels on order this year.
We will be exhibiting at the Joinz in April, the New Order in August and the Hot Rod Custom Show in December, so please look forward to them.

B.D.L., SPECTRO, DYNA, TWIN-TEC all used in my shop too. Accell, no, too many problems, very poor customer service too. We use CYCLE ELECTRIC only. I'm happy ACCELL works for you. EXCELLENT

I didn't know that Axel products are not good. In Japan, Axel products are often used because they are the easiest to get hold of and have a warranty, but if they are so good, I will try Cycle Electric. Thank you for the good information.

La peinture est magnifique👍, le vert et le gris se marient très bien et les partie en gris du cadre👌 , le support du filtre à huile au top 🖒, je suis toujours aussi impressionné par les détails et la minutie de ton travail👏 , en plus que de pièces de qualité 😉, les caches sur la fourche parfait , total respect pour ton travail 👍👍pour finir le moteur au ralenti une tuerie j adore 😆😍encore merci pour ses moments de plaisir à regarder tes vidéos

How is the stopping power of that front brake? Are the front forks 33.4 Harley? Great bike build!
Forks are 33.4 mm.
The brakes can be controlled with two fingers because the drums are cut and polished to a tight circle and the brake linings are re-lined with the material used in modern brakes.

Did you mount any silencer or noise breaker in your pipes or are they empty ?
I've got a simple silencer on the end! The sound quality won't be as cool without the silencer fitted...
i wonder why you always use accel parts for rotor ? are that more better quality ? thank you
I think it is the most reliable because it is readily available and the warranty works.
