If you are using Invertase when would you add it?

Thanks for the question! You want to add the invertase to your cordial dry fondant when you are ready to make your cordials. So don’t add it until you are ready to assemble. Cordials can take up to 14 days to liquify but I made this recipe tasty so that they taste good for those of us that can’t wait! 🥳
Invertase storage: Once you open the invertase, the bottle will need to be stored in the refrigerator. I hope this helps! Happy candy making!🍫

I never like the cherry chocolate and the coconut chocolate combo. I hate Bounty chocolate bar.

You can fill your chocolates with any flavor. If using the dry fondant for centers you can flavor it with extracts such as orange extract which goes well with chocolate or peppermint extract which makes them more like a junior mint if using the invertase. If you omit the invertase it makes a nice peppermint patty. You can literally flavor the filling with any extract flavor or fruit juice. I hope this helps! 😊
