They won't miss Cormani at all. DJ Mckinney was brought in to be his replacement. He's a much better athlete than Cormani who was too damn slow with bad feet. Carter was better than Cormani. The kid shouldn't have played last year. He should have redshirted, clearly wasn't ready or in shape.

@gnarlieybrown4214 I think Cormani will learn, it's hard to come across length with long arms. Cormani biggest issue, is himself, and it's correctable. Number 1 corner ranking got to his head. Refused coaching, you could see it in his stance. They tried correcting it, bit Cormani reverted back to what was comfortably, which led him getting torched and missed tackles. 4 starts, played in 9 games, 277 snaps and was the 832nd ranked corner in NCAA. Lowest rank corner on the team with Travis Jay being a safety ranked lower. As much as people talked about Breedlove and Carter? Cormani was ranked worst. Carter had a PFF ranking of 67, Cormani was 51. He was one of the lowest ranked corners in the nation. You earn that by not being prepared, and not listening to coaching. If he goes to his next school out of shape and won't take coaching? Transfer portal in 2025.

However, I think Cormani is shopping around for an enabler. He will find his enabler, and will fail to grow as the results from it. Prime bent to Cormani crap for whatever reason. He gave him 2 inches, and than half a mile before it stopped. Other Freshmen looked ahead of Cormani in technique and conditioning. This is why I think Cormani should have redshirted and I don't know how he has 4 years eligibility left when he played in 9 games, starting 4.
seems a bit of an exaggeration, considering that maybe two of the players leaving at most would have been in the two deep.
CU will be fine. Players can't have it both ways NIL and starting in the game when they're realistically a 2nd, 3rd, 4th depth chart player. You have to work hard to be the top dawg if they want to play on game day each week. Unfortunately, Colorado collective is small potato compared to Alabama, USC, Texas, FSU, and others. So, CU will not be able to get the true dawg mentality type player that will propel CU to the CFP to compete with other top programs like Alabama, Texas, Michigan, or Ohio State. Overall, love the direction the CU program is headed, just hope more talent go to CU to help make CU a powerhouse team.

Before the portal opened they only had 3 available scholarships... people gotta go to get people in... and for gods sake can yall please quit talking about the number of highschool signees... 1. Look at the age and eligibility of the players on the roster 2. A coach with his profile trying to rely on highschool kids to turn a program around is going to find himself at home while a new coach comes in and moves forward with the players he developed... you and everyone else knows he wouldn't get the same grace and time as some of these other coaches

The Coaches that left last season knew they were being replaced for not being able to overcome adversity like a blowing a 29 point lead not closing out winnable games offensive coordinator getting overwhelmed by defenses not providing suitable pass run protection getting your QB sacked 60 times DC not providing a defensive surge and containment when needed.
Not all Good Ole Boys make good coaches, But the Home Boys as you call them are proven for success over a 20 yr period that’s why they have job security

Take a look at who CU’s lost. Of the 15 guys who’ve left, 1 of them was a projected starter (Chamon). A guy like Chamon wasn’t even a good fit for what CU wanted to do on offense anyway. Shurmurs offense is built for a blocking TE. Chamon wants to get drafted, and you aren’t gonna pop off the tape as a blocking TE most times unless your generational in that regard like a Rob Gronkowski or someone like that. Chamon is decent, but he’d be a better fit at a school that uses TE’s more like big WR’s.

Seems like he is simply an old school coach in modern times. The second a kid is held accountable and doesn't like it, he wants to leave. Also the second they realize they aren't going to start, or can get more money elsewhere, they're off to another school. Name a coach who has been as self promoting as Prime? Did Saban or Harbaugh do all that? No. Have nothing against Prime in fact was a huge fan during his playing days. Let him prove he can build Colorado to a power before we start crowning him. He was great at Jackson St and let's see if he can do the same in Boulder.

I usually agree with, but your way off base he's all about the flash and dash and they are pumping plenty of money for the bag to get all those transfers. He hasn't proven anything as a coach yet at this level and it shows in his lack of high school recruits committing to the program. And he's hurting it even more by trying to negotiate where his son's and Hunter are going to go in the draft. Still not sold this is about the kids or all about him.
