I love your floss tube. Your stitching and finishings are great. I don't know how you get so much done while teaching. I love to get cozy and start stitching each day especially with the cooler weather arriving soon. Happy stitching.
I love your cozy quilts. I wish I sewed as quickly as you do.
You've been busy! Thank you for sharing your beautiful finishes and WIPs. I'm enjoying the cooler temperatures. Fall is a wonderful time of the year to get cozy under a warm quilt.
Love your projects. Your Robin Pickens quilt looks so cozy.
Great Flosstube! ALL your projects are absolutely beautiful. Hope you get into a Cozy routine with school, stitching and sewing. Thanks for sharing all your stitchy goodness.
You are so kind and generous. Sounds like a cozy time in Maine. What haul. So happy for all.
Seeing your Symphony of Friendship has inspired me to pull mine out. So happy to be stitching this with you.
Love your flosstube ! Gosh, you get so much accomplished and teach and work Saturday too. The quilts look cozy to curl up in. Thank you for sharing
Loved seeing you with Brandi and Emma, what a fun video. I loved the apartment you guys stayed in, looked so cozy on the water. Great stitches today and finishes. Have a good week!
Yeah. Im glad you're using the limited editions. I used some of mine already on a Christmas stitch. I can't wait to see how it all looks. Thanks for the shout out. ❤ will have to watch this one in 2 parts, so I may comment more than once. 😊😊
I love the book fabric, that will make excellent keepers. I hope you have a nice cozy autumn. It's on my bucket list to see New England in the fall.
I'm in love with your Seaside Tiny Town drum finish! Cozy winter stitching will be here before we know it. Happy Stitching! 🪡🧵♥
Love the fly by night finish! So great to meet you as well!!!!
Thank you! It was wonderful to meet you too! I look forward to seeing you in a few weeks. ❤️
You have been one busy girl! That's great! I like a cozy blanket in the fall.
I really enjoy your Flosstube! You have a great variety of projects. Love your cozy quilt!!
You are so enthusiastic and enjoyable to watch. Sorry to hear that you get migraines. We are definitely coming into the cozy time of year and I love it.
So glad I found your channel. That was a lot of fun to watch. Have a cozy fall.
Your fall/Halloween finishes are really nice. I think it’s my favorite season to stitch and decorate for. The colors are so warm and pretty and when I close my house for the evening and turn on the decorative lights my house feels very cozy. The nativity fabric you showed is gorgeous. That was my favorite of the ones you shared. I enjoyed seeing your quilts. I love quilts but have no patience sewing them after I made two back in the day. My friend in NorCal is an expert quilter and when she goes to her quilt meetings she has won a couple of quilt tops that she has made into quilts for me. I’m up there now and I scored another one. Looking forward to your next video.
Loved all of your finishes, thanks for sharing. Can't wait for the cool weather so we can light a fire in the chiminea and get cozy.
I'm looking forward to Cozy Autumn days, AKA: Sweater Weather. Love your videos so much, thank you for making them. Have a great school year.
Stephanie, you made my day! Glad to see your last flosstube. As a teacher you cracked me up with "bioterrorist". Have a cozy fall stitching.
Thank you Ann! I am glad I made you smile. ❤️ Thanks for being such a great supporter. 😊
You have been missed! But, your video today with all the great content made up for it. 😊 I loved seeing all the pillows you previously finished, and really loved your USA flag flat fold. They all looked great! I don't know that I will ever become a "drum lover" like you, but I do enjoy your drums. Like many stitchers, fall is a favorite season - less heat, less yard work, and more cozy evening stitching. Enjoy your fall!!
I’m so glad you showed your Hands On Design Costume Party in Previous Finishes. I thought I finished it and even carried it around yesterday to hunt for a finishing piece. Seeing yours made me realize I’m totally missing the banner at the top. Good Grief and Thank You!!
So glad you seeing mine helped. ❤️ Good luck on your finish.
Your quilts are so cozy looking. Thank you again for teaching the next generation of stitchers to stitch!! I’m new to your channel but will continue to look for you!! You absolutely don’t look old enough to have a college aged child!
Thank you for watching and finding me. I am old enough. I am actually going to turn 50 next spring. 😊
Great video! I enjoy seeing what you're working on, your finishes...love your drums! You get a lot accomplished & work too, do you sleep!?! 😊 The Quilt of Valor is beautiful & I know will be loved by the Veteran that is gifted it.
Fall is the time of year to be in a cozy spot and stitch. I loved the Tarot card The Stitcher tee shirt, ordered one. I am going to try my hand at a flat fold and drum.
Great Autumn finished pieces! Loving your new quilt Sal with the Tilda fabric. You can get cozy with hubby under it. I have a lot of Halloween but not Autumn. So, this year I am trying to do some Autumn, although I am still drawn more towards Halloween, lol. I will be seeing you soon at Stitch New England Retreat, I can't wait! I might be going to quilt store today. If you're working maybe I will see you there.
Thank you and yes, I will be at the shop today. Hope to see you!
Lots of amazing haul! I just love your drum finish of seaside tiny town. So cute. I am ready for cozy fall weather, but right now it is still reaching 90 degrees here, which is unusually warm for southern Indiana this time of year.
Thank you, and thank you for watching. Oh my! 90 degrees, that is too hot. I hope the temp lowers soon for you and you get some good fall weather. ❤️
I am soooo ready for fall here in VA. It has finally turned cooler this week so fingers crossed we're through the hot/humid days. Fall just feels
so cozy every year! I hope you do a finishing video for your oval drum! I'd love to learn how to make a good drum as well as a flat fold!
Can’t wait for fall to arrive to cozy up with my quilts! Glad your stitchy kids are back at it!
Appreciate teachers so much! Hope you have some time to get cozy and stitch!
Your quilts looks so cozy.
As a cross stitcher and quilter, I appreciate all your wips, finishes, plans and haul. Your latest quilt looks so cozy and cheerful!
Great video. Always love seeing what you are working on and finishes also. Quilts are beautiful. Cozy
How cozy are your quilts! I have been using 20 count for some of my newest Brenda Gervais patterns…thanks for taking the time to share.
I love a cozy quilt! I have several finishes that I need to fully finish before Christmas. I am retired but don't seem to get as much done as you!
I think having this channel motivates me to get stuff finished. 😊
As a retired teacher, I understand how tough a 5 day work week is after summer break. It’s exhausting! I hope you spend time getting cozy in your Stitchy spot this weekend and you get a chance to relax! Thanks for another great video.
Your stitching club is awesome, that you're instilling a skill in young people. Cozy
I love your Backslash quilt! It looks so Cozy. You will have a great time starting new things from your haul.
Thank you for the shout out. Hope the girls like what I sent. You did pretty good on haul, not too bad at all...lol. I am not going to stitch New England this year... gonna stay cozy at home..
So enjoyed the video while I’m working on a quilt for my grandson. Had to stop to order Cozy Autumn Medley. We have several of the same pieces!
Your videos are always amazing
Cozy quilts in winter are great. Nice video. Thank you.
Your weekend away sounded like so much fun, minus the six hour drive! I’m also stitching Alice Young. I started her on September 1 with the intention of finishing this month, but I got distracted by the Blackbird Designs stockings in Tis Halloween. I’ll see how the last few days of the month goes. 😂
It was so much fun. Thank you for watching. I am hoping to get back to Alice this month. It was also my intention to finish it too. 😊🤷♀️
Love that you’re teaching the young generation to cross stitch! I’d have loved that in school!
I like 20-ct, it seems more cozy & easier than 40-ct for me. Nice drum & flat fold, all finishes. I have to re-learn the trick on the pom-poms when it comes time for me to do an FFO. When I do 1-strand I write myself a note now, it's hard when I switch from WIP to WIP.
Thank you for your videos. I really enjoy your stitching and joyful attitude. I started getting migraines when I went thru perimenopause. I thought I had the flu but the headaches and nausea came like clockwork. My doctor prescribed a migraine medication that worked and I had my life back. Just thought I would share and hope that this helps you. 💕
Thank you so much for sharing. I will definitely talk to her about that. 🤞
Can I just say again…the beach scene!!!
I’m new to your channel … enjoyed all of your stitches and etc … I hope you continue to teach cross stitch to a young generation … I taught art for many years and I hate that I never taught that to my older children … I never learned to quilt but I have some quilts that were made for me and my children and they are so warm and cozy … I hit like and subscribe so I hope to see you again … Happy Stitching 🧵 … 😊❤ Dena
Hi Dena, thank you for finding me, watching me and subscribing! 😊 The kids are loving it, and remember it’s never too late to learn a new hobby. ❤️
I used to have migraines that kept me bed-ridden for 3 days. I stopped eating gluten and they stopped. I was tested and I don’t have an allergy, but gluten triggers something in me. I also discovered that beans or peas can trigger me. It’s worth a try! Migraines are miserable. 🤗
Wow, I didn’t even think of food as a possibility. Thank you. I will pay attention to that the next time it happens. ❤️
@@the_new_england_stitcher I can now eat SOME gluten, but not large amounts. Believe it or not peas and beans are my main enemy. My husband can’t eat corn. Back off everything and slowly add stuff back.
Great projects!
Do you sell wipper keepers?
I would love a nativity one!! That fabric is beautiful
Hi Joanne. I do sell them. If you would like one, please email me or message me on instagram and we can figure out the size and cost
Migraines are hard. Sorry you suffer with them.
I’ve purchased more than one thing twice thru the years. Guess it was just supposed to happen so someone else could have the item.
You could make a tote bag with the Quaker Birds stitch. Then you could use it to take your things to retreats or stitching days and have your friends with you.
Autumn is such a cozy season.
Cozy Autumn is my favorite time of year, perhaps my birthday 9/25 affected that!!
When you stitch 20 count, do you stitch 1 over 1? Do you have a suggestion for a good drum finishing tutorial? Thanks! Cozy.
Thanks for watching. When I stitch on 20ct, I use 1 strand over 1. My favorite drum tutorials are from Helen D and Vonna Pfifer (the twisted stitcher). They are so much fun to make. I use lizard litter (crushed walnut shells) and a little polygon in mine. 😊
Stitch Mat or Project Bag ( without the vinyl).
Love your videos ❤ what did you use to finish your autumn rules on!!!
Thank you! I finished autumn rules on a board in the unfinished section at hobby lobby.
as a lifelong Catholic I totally get the "forgive me Father" lol

Stephanie, I admire all you accomplish after teaching all day. You’re a superstar! You put together the most beautiful fabrics for your keepers…. they are all stunning. Your love for this community comes through loud and clear and we love you and your honesty and genuine personality. Your videos always leave me feeling warm and cozy after having a lovely visit with a good friend!! And you have inspired me to me to do mote fall stitching and I love all the ways you finish your projects. Can’t wait for your next video. 💜💙🩷
Thank you so much Paula! I feel so blessed to have friends like you. ❤️
