Compaired to your previous AI film, you not only improved the visuals and effects, but you turned an ai image into something that came straight from a million dollar film. You explain your process very well that someone new to blender can easily learn and create their own works, it's very admirable. I look forward to your film.🌸
@esphaeraspraestans4212 There is no talent in dragging a brush. You can be reductive towards anything. The only people who say that all you do is put a prompt in and click generate, are people who have never actually done it themselves. Because it is not easy in the slightest. It can take hours, days, maybe even longer to actually get the desired result. Especially if you're doing something more niche like in this video. And the person in this video even does way more than that with a lot of manual work.
@esphaeraspraestans4212 A lot of assumptions you made and all of them completely wrong. That tells me all I need to know about you. First off, I said it "COULD" take hours or days. That's the key word. "Could". I too can get a nice image in less than that of course. But I even emphasized that if you're doing something niche that maybe the model wasn't that well trained on, then that's when you can definitely reach the hours and/or days. In an extreme scenario. But of course you ignored this since it doesn't fit your narrative. I agree that you should be able to modify it if you want to be a true artist. That's what I myself do all the time. And that's very obviously what the person in this video did too. Luckily I don't have to go on a job interview. Because I have been working as a 3D modeler for over a decade. And trust me, no one would even consider for a second hiring you if they saw anything you've written. Maybe next time, keep your opinion to yourself. It will help you in the long run.
Well. I found your channel 30 minutes ago and I'm already in love with everything you're creating. These are the exact things I've been trying to learn for years man
Man, thank you so much! I had a huge undertaking that I thought I was going to have to painstakingly model for months but you have sped up my workflow. Keep up the good work!
The visuals of this looks amazing. I could definitely imagine that it’s just a matter of time before stable diffusion will have a great extension for facial animation also.
OMG tears came out of my eyes! Since I was a little girl I always had these ideas and dreams of places and creatures that don't exist. I somehow found that writing wouldn't describe these stories enough, but I never had a tool to make these ideas come to life! As I see it takes some time but it is definitely worth it! Thank you ❤!
This is what I like to see tools reinforcing tools to create and bring "ORIGINAL" ideas to life. The right creative talented people should be able to push new ip direct to the consumer just be original and don't steal people are to do it. Train the tools on your own style and run with your vision. Keep up the good work.
FYI watching this on the potty. Thank you so much for this breakdown, as a solo artist I'm discovering the bridge from traditional art to the digital and this is a fantastic step in the direction I want to go
These are great videos but as soon as it moves into blender and after effects or more complex tools I can only enjoy your skills. Beautiful visual stories you're making.
impressive! I did film techniques with Ian Hubert's work for years, but this is the exact same workflow I'm using now too! SD+ebsynth+Blender+Photoshop+Davinci
I'm streaming the Hunter Burton Memorial Open Magic: The Gathering tournament mid March...a tournament to help prevent suicide and raise awareness to the problem. I was worried about content during downtime in between matches and interviews and really want to do something like this with Music and AI animated 3d versions of iconic MTG cards. I won't be able to dive in until the beginning of the month, but this video at least showed me it may be possible given the amount of time I have.
absolutely love this channel as a newbie to 3D and blender - you explain things in a very easy to understand way!! glad to be here watching the channel grow :D
Hi Mick! I've just published an animated film with Midjourney and D-ID and your videos given me a perspective of how much more I can improve my content! Keep going man! 🥳
You did a really good job. Congratulations! Also, we say _"Life is beautiful when you embrace it. Accept the monsters..."_ instead of _"Life is good, once you accept them ( it ). Embrace the monsters""_ keep up the good work, Mickmumpitz.
just wanted to say how much I loved your recent video about AI. Your information was insightful, and it's impressive how you explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. Keep up the excellent work!"
I would also suggest quickly rigging the geometry of the arms and head and giving it a little motion. It doesn’t need to be perfect; just enough to get a tiny bit of motion in the rest of the body. That way it doesn’t have that uncanny moving face on a stone body look.
Thanks for that tip on EbSynthing the depth map itself - reckon that will solve an issue with inconsistency I've had with a piece I'm working on - much appreciated Mick. Side-note - the short looks wicked mate, will be sure to look out for it.
Thanks for saving the workflow of my feature film. Currently, in post-production, I've been using ai tools to help with some animated sequences and this combined with 3d environment video has been super helpful!
This is honestly scary. I absolutely love character design, sculpting, rigging and animating with that rig. The sole idea of that *very time consuming* process becoming not only unprofitable, but also being outcompeted by new tools is terrifying. But i guess it's just how it is - out with the old, and in with the new...
Great work and cool to see another way of doing this. I am currently working on an AI-Short, but it is a SciFi. I tackle the process with StableDiffusion and a combination of many other tools and send the created images into kinda a feedback-loop, until I am quite satisfied. With that I still have some jitters, but will explain these in universe and hope it doesn‘t break the suspension of disbelief. IFffffff I‘ll ever finish this project. It somehow gets bigger by the minute and the hurdles getting more challenging. 😅
Well done there, but for the flickering there is another option. In DaVinci resolve you go to fusion and slap a deflickering node on it.. Or multiple even, it works amazingly well
Amazing video and wonderful workflow ! Try adding back the detail using EB synth with the original AI generated image on the facial animation video, I would also recommend topaz video AI
Oh, I made a couple of AI shorts using Mid-journey and D-ID and in one of them I had 3 green elemental ladies recite a poem called "Have You Given Earth Love Today?" But I am glad that I learned not just have a head talking but one should show the story and not just tell. it. I needed to hear that. I have a lot to learn. I think I will remake that short and show what the poem is about.

This is what happens when talented people use this technology. Fascinating to watch.

You wanted to say lazy people use clever AI?
@@mordecai1484 What part of this video makes you think this guy is lazy? He clearly puts a lot of effort into the entire process.
Well. I found your channel 30 minutes ago and I'm already in love with everything you're creating. These are the exact things I've been trying to learn for years man
That was genius. Ebsync the depth map is a game changer. Awesome work man.
This channel is hugely underrated, love your content dude, keep going with all your amazing creations! rock on
Not underrated, just new. Give it more time and, with this level of quality, it will grow very big.
I'm ready to bet 100k dollars that end of the year you have more then 100k followers , keep up the good work , love your channel !
Oops
This is so sick! Thanks for sharing your workflow with us!
Man, thank you so much! I had a huge undertaking that I thought I was going to have to painstakingly model for months but you have sped up my workflow. Keep up the good work!
Fascinating how much depth the animation has, thanks for the insights. Great channel, keep up the good work

Very amazing. FYI when I saw and heard the final result, I immediately remembered Nancy's very cheerful voice :)
It is amazing what we can all do now with these AI technologies. Thank you for sharing and showing us how to do it!!! Amazing work!!!
Awesome video once again. Inspiring stuff. Cant wait to see what you think up next.
Dude! You are great! Such an informative yet relaxed presenting style. Love it! ❤

FANTASTIC WORK, my Brother!!! Thanks for sharing this, and I'm looking forward to seeing your Masterpiece short film!!
The first few seconds creeped me out!! Awesome work! I cant wait to being making my own short films using your methods as well!
smoothing the depth map in eb synth while keeping the animation is ingenious!
Found you via Dr. Whatson, because I was trying to find out how this kind of animations were made: Good job!
FYI watching this on the potty.

Buddy just spoiled the end of his film,
just to show us a tutorial... 😳
FFS......SUBBED!
You just earned my respect bossman! ✊️
This is great! I'm mind blown at what you're able to do by going the Blender route
Not to stray off topic but that song playing behind the blender segment is life, I need it. 🔥💯

just watched your film, its super cool
Where is the animation? I wanna see it
Pixbim animate photos is better and cheaper for animation especially for the face animation part.
You did a really good job. Congratulations! Also, we say _"Life is beautiful when you embrace it. Accept the monsters..."_ instead of _"Life is good, once you accept them ( it ). Embrace the monsters""_ keep up the good work, Mickmumpitz.
Wow. Amazing video. Definitely waiting for the short film.
Amazing video Mick... you inspire me a lot
You are absolutely awesome. This is totally new territory.
Very cool! I like how you have taken this to another level. Although, still got that odd 3D face filter look to it.
When depthmap came on SD I knew something like this was possible using blender. Wow. Super awesome & excited to try this. ❤❤🔥👌

Great work, sir.

Very impressive work
You have improved since the Cambria animation.
Amazing video and wonderful workflow !
Try adding back the detail using EB synth with the original AI generated image on the facial animation video, I would also recommend topaz video AI
Thank you for the tips in this video. I actually used them in a recent video. Creepy is exactly what I wanted! 🙂
