what do you mean, did I cheat ☹☹? I draw 1, then if I have 10 or more cards I can -3 a character? that includes the tempest kick. 😅😅
"Draw 1 card. Then, if you have 10 or more cards in your trash, give up to 1 of your opponent's Characters -3 cost during this turn."
Common misunderstanding of how events work. Most people don't put them into trash until after effect resolves, but technically, they are supposed to be put from hand to trash to activate them. Therefore, Tempest Kick would count itself as the 10 in trash needed for that part of the skill.

Also summoning small niji without doing the eff on 3 don turn was so bad, he can had drew off leader and had a 6k body for the next turn
