I think he's right. Russia has stood back and let Israel bomb Syria for months without raising objection. Putin is not in anyway anti imperialist even though Russia is being fought by imperialist powers..His wish is to be accepted as one of the big boys. This is not going to happen. The US and UK govs have no alternative to war and looting. Is Putin a tactician more than a strategist? None of these guys will sort the world out, it has to be bottom up.

When will Israel act like a normal nation? When will it exist in relative harmony with it's neighbors?
I could be the biggest Zionist, this question stands.
What is concerning, what happens when the US cannot support Israel to the material degree it does today?
Who is the next benefactor? Without one ... Israel will have to normalize relations and adjust to a homeostasis in the Middle East. That may be unpleasant regardless of what I may want to see happen.

Pepe gave his opinion of what he believes happened, even on the influence of a Zionist lobby in Russia, but those are not facts but opinions assessments. Here's a historical reality Zionist don't build, they exploit, which eventually leads to weakness. Putin cut off external influence over Russia it was his first order of business when he came on the scene, this is exactly why Russia has firm footing because of a Moral Absent of Zionism in society that discourages the ills that Zionist have imposed on the western world. Zionist have been kicked out of many European host countries over their history, migrating from the caucuses to western central and Eastern Europe. And have left a trial of damage roughly 1200 years long.

I'm sorry, but this is not Pepe as his best. This falls under the category of gossip, really. There's nothing much to go on, nothing that shed any light on the decisions around Russia's position on Syria. The pattern of Turkiye's involvement, from continuing supplying Israel throughout the entire Gaza genocide, to Erdogan's bluster and strong words, but doing absolutely Zero to aid, even obliquely, the Palestinians, to Turkiye's training and intel support for HTS, and finally their motivation to damage the Kurdish enclave in Northern Syria, points to Turkish duplicity and treachery. The US has been tentative participants, only because they aren't sure they could control the terrorists or Erdogan. But the US is undoubtedly aiding, funding, training, elements in the so-called FSA or SNA. Israel, ever the jackal, appeared opportunistic in both aiding and supporting the terrorists. But certainly, Israel was quick to sieze on opportunities to do a land-grab in the Golan, and secure a buffer zone on the Syrian border, and perhaps preemptively destroy heavy weapons left by the Syrian Army to pave the possibility for future military operations against Iran.
Unquestionably, Syria is dead. Dismembered, overrun by terrorists, and likely become another ungovernable haven for terror groups for years. The only good that can out from this sorry episode, is blowback against the perpetrators of the dismemberment of Syria, namely the US, Turkiye and Israel, and also Qatar and the UAE. May the blowback be a thousand times worse than what happened to Syria.

I love listening to Pepe. I find some people who tlak on this subject are too certain they know exactly what went down. And are totally sure what the future holds. Pepe is always clear to tell us if he knows something or is speculating. And when talking about future, he knows history and this current situation is complex, and by being intellectually honest, hes comfortable to say hes not sure whats going to happen next. Big respect to him for that.

Very few people are a deeply knowledgeable as Mr. Escobar. I noticed Lavroff being pissed for the first time in Doha.

Thank you so much for give us (for free) such an enormous clean information. This allows a faster management of the geopolitical upheaval of last events in 2024 (it's not lttle).
Bravo.

Regional sub-colonial powers Turkey, Iran and Israel will attempt to re-divide the Middle East into three zones of annexation, dissolving the sovereignty of Iraq, Syria and Lebanon in the process?

Very interesting analysis by Pepe. Things have really reached a high level of absurdity. Russia isn’t immune to the dirty deals of realpolitik, the bottom line is people need to fight to take control of their own destinies.
