Back in the early '80s my cousin used to live in Bywater on Dauphine St. Now he lives in this tiny, boring town north of Lake Charles.
What a great song AND video! I smiled and tapped my toes through the whole thing. Looking forward to seeing you again Andy. Hopefully you'll be in town when we get back to NOLA in early December.

A fun, happy, upbeat song by one of our all-time favorite New Orleans artists - that we ALWAYS make a point of seeing while visiting NOLA! (It's on our "must do" list.) From Paul & Deb in Hamburg, NY.(Sorry you didn't catch us the past few times we visited and attended your shows. We've often recommended you to several people who were going to New Orleans and asked who we thought they should definitely see while there. We always say, "Without a doubt: Andy J. Forest!" A few months ago, we even sent a group of 30 people your way. Oddly enough, a few of your fellow NOLA musicians have played at our local club, "Armor Inn Tap Room", this past year. We can't remember which group it was but, while talking with them, they definitely knew who YOU were so, we said to tell you "Hello" from us if they happened to bump into you!) We will be swinging around your way, once again, in May. And will definitely try to catch your show.
