It is not that only a manufacturer can export. One can also do International Buisness as a Merchant Exporter.
One can purchase from a certain manufacturer or wholesalers and export to another country.

1. shortlist a product which is CHEAPLY available in INDIA
2. example GLOCUSE BUISCUIT
3. study online which country imports that from INDIA. (lets say SENEGAL WEST AFRICA).
4. get in touch with SENEGAL consulate or embassy in India and ask for business visa cost and procedure. you may also ask them for some contact of importers who are willing to host you and help you around to study buiscuit business feasibily, market share, wholesale, manufacturing cost and retail penetration.
6. try to contact them and ask for a video call and talk to them showcase them ur product then build up from there.
IMPORTANT: Be careful of scams: later i will tell you how to do that.

Suggest if you could organise some king of entrepreneur training programs in Southern India for example in cities like Bangalore, Chennai, Kochi it would be really great. I have subscribed your channel and watch most of the videos which is really helpful. I have EXIM experience of almost four and half years now with well networks of buyers in food sector. Just brushing up my knowledge on govt incentives schemes and in other areas like duty drawback etc. I have planned to start my own EXIM firm where I thought to go as a consultant first then to trading activities.
