Those are great looking vincas you have sir. Here in the tropics, in Panama to be specific, we grow them as perennials. Both the sun loving kind and the shade one, since it never gets cold.
Water shouldn’t make the leaves wither hon. Are you giving them just regular city water? There could be some chemical reaction from your water. I have a well and water leaves and all and have never had any to wither like. Either that or it could be a little to much pant food. I’ve made that mistake before.Lost several this way. Best of luck to you. I wish I could show you a picture of mine.

Aloha Bob, thank you for the info. My neighbors periwinkle were taken over by sleeping grass. The grass is an aggressive plant and although the flowers continued to bloom it weighed them down. I have since weeded out her area and would like to know if they will stand up again? Also I suspect they made need a bit of fertilizer although Have read the sleeping grass is a nitrogen fixing plant
Hi John your vinca are so beautiful, do you sell seeds online, you have lots of variety, I'm here in Philippines and want to have a collection of vinca👍👍👍😊
I have some red periwinkles, currently being used as a hanging plant in the awning from my back porch to my carport. They have thrived in the shade, but with the weather cooling off, they have slowed down a bit. My question is, how do I care for them during fall/winter months? Should I place them in the ground, hang them inside, is this a hanging plant that you just throw away? I hate to say it, but I am so clueless with this. Advice needed!
¡¡Congratulations for you vídeo!! How could buy vinca seeds in purple colors, red, strawberries and violets? From Perú - Piura is very dificult to find. Thank you!!!
I have Vinca and I hate it .Bought a house that had it planted and it had escaped and spread into the woods. It has been declared an invasive plant and shouldn’t be sold with warnings.

Very beautiful flowers🌸🌺🌻🌹🌷🌼💐
Hi how can i tell the annual from the perennial? Thank you for your very informative video.
Annuals love the sun. Perennials love the shade. That's one way to tell.

they are so easy to grow they come up in the cracks in the pavement in my garden
Thanks. I think I bought the perennial ones which should be kept in shade. Hoping they will do well.
Maybe you are confused with impatiens. They look very similar but impatiens are shade loving flowers
This was helpful...
i take it they don't like water on the leaves much...because they wither so quickly afterwards.
Thanks for this info .

Hi. Unfortunately, we just sell plants grown from seed. We're unable to ship internationally.
