As I was scrolling through UA-cam zentangle videos I was stopped in my tracks by the vibrancy of your background color choice. So pretty - reminds me of a sunset. Really enjoyed your video. You have a very easy to follow style that is quite inspiring. I especially appreciate the fact that you give back to those who can't afford art classes. Zentangle was and is instrumental in my battle with anxiety and depression. THANK YOU for so generously sharing your talent. May God continue to bless you! 🙏❤ P.S. I'm from NYC and had an amazing high school art teacher much like you.

BEAUTIFUL!! what a beautiful tile you created here. I have been trying to figure out how to draw Damsel Leaf and you really clicked when you said to aura that first black part. I love Ayame pattern - it’s always been a mac & cheese kind of pattern for me. I’m 75 years old and I’ve only been into art of any kind and that being Zentangle for about 18 months. I love how you explain things. Thank you again for showing those pan pastels which will be my next big purchase as it makes creating colored tiles so much easier than the water and watercolor brush pens that I’ve been using with Ziploc baggies that I can’t really get predictable patterns for me. Plus I could do on my lap work station. I have limited art time as I’m caregiver to my 101yr old mother who lives alone a few miles from me and my own mobility/memory challenged hubby.
