Yellow is the heart of the trio but isn't smart enough to make decisions on his own. Red, beig the most mature and down-to-earth, usually ends up guiding the group to wherever theyre going to go when there's no "teachers" around manipulating them and such, plus he was the one who tried to free Yellow at the end of the webseries, which unfortunately just reset everything by the looks of it
