Tara, your naratives are so well worded. It would be amazing if you wrote a children's book. (You know, with all the spare time you have) haha. But I just am so amazed at your intros. They are so elequently worded.
She really has a beautiful way of sharing knowledge with us, I even enjoy watching her advertisement she's so pleasing to the eye and so well spoken! That's because she grew up in Africa!!🌷

The entire female population went on strike last month in Iceland to stand up for equal rights so not so sure about the progress there . But every woman, all of them marched for their rights. I mean every woman. It was inspirational and made me proud . We are doing it here in the USA on June 24. I don’t think we will get every woman, but we will stand.

What an amazing hike you did into the mountains for a swim and the glacial lagoon was gorgeous. What a precious smile Sawyer had on his face while swimming. Iceland is certainly a contrast in landscapes. What a great episode to watch...thanks
Iceland is so lovely! It's usually going towards the equator that is associated with holidays, so going the opposite direction is a bit of a surprise diamond.
I loved your description of the Icelandic people being so laid back and creative about turning their threats into assets.
The waterfall and the swimming all looked like great fun. Of course Crusoe is throwing himself into the whole experience, Sawyer gets more and more cognisant and it's fascinating to watch.
Sad that you didn't see the aurora. One day ..... :)

Where you did not see any of the aurora borealis lights people say that if you take your camera and point it at the sky in your in the area that normally the lights are there if you're not seeing them with your own I your camera will pick them up try taking pictures with them the next time you go

I can't even imagine how much you have done for the tourism of Iceland it was a great vacation. When I lived in Hawaii on the big island we live next to volcano also that was a live volcano that erupted every once in awhile. People learn how to adjust. So much fun watching your children. They are so happy but why not when they have such wonderful parents as you too. Blessings and love from New Mexico

That's funny: I was in Iceland nine years ago when the family had just bought the buses and talked about their plans. And now you're sleeping in it! ❤ And just last week I was in Iceland for the second time - it's just beautiful. This time near Akureyri in an old fish factory. The whole country is like a mountain full of wonders. 😮😊❤

I had a short trip there a few years ago (a gift from my family) and I did experience the blue lagoon glaciers, the continental drift, geysers, waterfalls AND the northern lights, but your accommodation and self driven adventure made me determined to go back someday and do it your way. You know, thats all it is about being a child. Being allowed to experiencing the break of ice unter your wellies, different countries, food and people and wildlife. I am fortunate to have made lots of memories in my long life, that today, unable to travel anymore I live on

As a tour operator for Iceland and following your channel since you landed in Portugal, it was a very nice surprise to see your trip to Iceland. You captured the awe for this countryside and the people. And the importance to soak in all the small wonderfull experiences (like crunchy icey grass under your foot). Thank you for these videos!

Whether it was the landscape or the music- it brought up long forgotten memories of another time long, long, long ago and the release of something , I know not what ,with spontaneous tears, a sudden sobbing , and just as fast as it came ......it was gone and I returned back to the present moment. Your videos do that to me sometimes and I just feel gratitude for the release...........
This was a very special trip. Thank you for bringing us along with you. A while back there was a TV show about a group of men who went to Iceland looking for gold in the mountains. They didn’t find gold but they DID find huge veins of rubies!! They took their findings back to be assayed and then the show stopped. I think the Island government pulled their permits and stopped it all. It was a very interesting program.

Don't know if you stumbled across this place. I found it very interesting. A chance to see traditional Iceland houses of years back and how people lived.

Wow, each week I watch Ithinking this is amazing what you all are doing on the farm and now your adventures with the boys are even more, if not just as spectacular. Please know no matter what you both are terrific role models for your sweet boys. I am so glad I found your sight at least 4 years ago. I look so forward to all your sharing of your life. I know it is very hard , but you are able to be there every minute with your kiddo's, because it goes so very fast. Our daughter Sandi turned 56 yesterday, next week Robbie will be 50, June 21 Jeffery is 47, and then July 25 Jodi is 49. I too did everything with our daughter and sons. I look at Saywer and you know what, you can actually see he is just as smart and clever as Crusoe. Seeing every rock and drop of water, every stick and leaf as an oportunity. What amazing humans they are❤. Crusoe is only 3 but he comes over like a 10 yrs old, so wise❤❤❤❤. And, their laughter is all one need to make your day. What a great job you do as parents❤
