There's a world of difference between saying "Hey, I've found evidence that maybe suggests that creatures live among us, take a look at it with me." vs "Hey, I have no evidence, but I've been seeing things and my aunt says I have to kill monsters that only I can see, I can't show you but just trust me that I needed to kill these people.".
Get ready! Everything's about to go off the rails for the season finale! I remember my jaw-dropping at the close of the episode when they had the big, from out of left field reveal at the cliffhanger!
This is such a fun journey to take with you; your reactions to this show are fantastic! I so hope that you do the entire series.
Looking forward to your reaction to the season finale, it's not anything you'll see coming & the start of the next season is amazing. I don't think we can blame Nick for not being upfront with Hank & Juliet, would you really want to know you were surrounded by "fairy tale monsters", but would never be able to tell?

Watching you start Grimm was a lot of fun, and I've enjoyed watching you get attached to some of the characters as much as other's I have suggested watch this series. I've seen comments saying stick with it, it gets really good and you're going to love it. Well, you're there and the storytelling from here on out gets GREAT!! Can't wait for your upcoming reactions to this series.
Plus the writers are absolutely fantastic at the mid-season and end of season cliffhangers. So much fun!
Yep that annoyed me as well I mean she lives with and dating a cop she should know better than to go to a potential crime scene and yes she said no to marrying Nick because he was keeping secrets and then she does this I’m sorry but it seems a bit two faced to me like it’s one rule for her but another for Nick and it doesn’t seem right to have in a relationship they both need to be honest with each other or its going to crumble around them and there’s no coming back from that relationship wise or as friends ( sorry for the rant /ramble)😅

The big question is - if you tell someone about this, what will happen? Could a person accept it or is it too much for them to handle? Si9nce [so far as we know] it isn't real, we have no examples of how a person has handled it, so it is at best a guess. There are people who believe in things that are not accepted within our society, and generally they either keep it to themselves or they live a very "out their" lifestyle. The nearest real world example I can think of is Shamanism. We do have real people in our society who are actually practising Shaman - they either become sort of counter-culture guru sort, or they keep what they believe close to their chest. Now in that specific case, what they experience is not sharable since it is an altered mental state experience - if, like in the show, there was direct physical evidence, that could make it easier, but it might make it harder - the question is, if you present, to the modern human, the idea of something only seen in an altered mental state, is that easier or harder to accept than something outside science that we know but with solid physical evidence.
It's like this: Tell someone there is an Angel in the room, which they can't see, but they can "feel" and a lot of people might accept it. Show them an Angel, as described in scriptures, and it just might be more than their minds could accept - it's might well break them. Until we have a case to test it, we don't know. So writers have to make a guess.

This is a good episode. Since Adalind lost her Hexenbiest spirit we should be seeing Adalind work with her mother at creating the potions needed for her revenge. Adalind is careful to get all of her supplies from out of town. Nick would tell Monrow to get the Doctor's research to Rosalie. Juliet would still be in denial about what is happening around her. Hank's growing inability to deny what is happening around him threatens to cause him to experience a psychotic break.

And this is a kind of Lucifer thing where there is a risk in telling the truth and they just showed it with Hank because the thought of something being out there is one thing but it being right in front of you is very different.
