Watching this video for some reason, I get the feeling from the peeling paint that there might be molds in that house, maybe wearing an N95 mask would prevent any issues with your lungs or health. Some molds can make you very sick and may be deadly. That house was vandalized, probably looting everything they could find, hence the poor state it is in. Someone must have been squatting in that basement also. Be safe. Love your vlogs and contents. You have a lovely family.

Can shadia share how she keeps fit? Has she shared before? She has stayed so skinny after kids which is the total opposite for me I was thin before kids or average and then after kids I workout 5-6 days a week and am still overweight and struggling and I do OMAD and fast it’s crazy.
