I have a big chest area and my swimsuit from shein fit me like a glove .. I guess it depends on the material. My other one did fit a size too small but I made it work. It was a one piece but my chest area couldn’t fit because one of my boobs are bigger than the other so I just put a two piece top on with the one piece
