This items were my build on new account from grandmaster to mythic 50 stars
Use genius wand, glowing wand & divine for counter. Use tanky js when opponents are tanky too like they have plenty of shield or healer heroes. If squishy then u can use mage most of the time. But still it depends how u play js. Both mage & tank johnson can be used anytime
