Dear sir, l m making correspondence with my records office for last two years n sent affidavit with application, matriculation certificate, pan card n adhaar Card of wife duly attested by Soldier Board. They asking to submit affidavit for change of DOB of Wife. I fails to understand that whether RO want affidavit from wife or from. Whereas, i have already forwarded affidavit from my side in Rs 50/- stamp paper even then RO has not published Part II Order to this effect.

Because of that pre 2006 retiree average pension se jayada le rahe hai sir
@@ATARLLB ,u have said rightly sir, This much i also know,, But why this formula of minimum and maximum is not applied to officers as there have been exorbitant increasement in their pension. Secondly, sir as the pension of all central govt employees is being increased after every 10 years like wise pension of all ex servicemen is required to be increase/revised after every five years as it is govt policy but it is no where mentioned that existing pension of prer 2006 retired Jcos will be decreased, if so then what is the use of holding of such orop in future if it is not going to benefits Jcos, it is also mentioned for ur information that pension of Y group Subedar with 30 years service have been decreased from 32,614 to,31000 in this orop 2. is it is justified? Why no share of benefits is given to all ranks proportionately? Every rank except Jcos have got more 1 lakh as arrear and officers have got 4 to 5 lakh as arrear in this orop 2 and Jcos specially pre 2006 retired Subedar and Subedar Major have got, Zero and Gol aanda as arrear. is it justified and how the very purpose of holding orop after every five year is achieved. if some one is taking more pension, he is not taking it as his own will,this is only due to his early retirement and due to 6th and 7th pay commission recommendation. This logic have got no relevance that, Aap Pehlay say hi Jayada lay rehen hain? Hope govt will review decision on orop 2 and amend table No 7 accordingly so that every rank from Sepoy to General including pre 2006 retired Jcos must get some share of benefits of orop 2. thanks for ur reply.
