After psalm 90, read psalm 91. In Psalm 91, it says With Long Life I Will Satisfy You. Meaning , God satisfies us with loonnnggg life , not till 70 as claim in Psalm 90. He will satisfy us according how long we wanted to live. If we want to live till 70, He will satisfy us, If we want to live till 80 , He will satisfy us too. If the 90 yo grandpa is still not ready to go, God will satisfy him with longer life , and it's our duty we pray for his healing to receive his miracle according to Psalm 91. God satisfied Moses to live till 120 yo. How long the life we need God to satisfy us ? That's psalm 91. We don't know the reasons why some people had difficulty and reasons that made them not ready to go at 70 even they are Christians. Thus, just read psalm 91 to them , with longggg life let God satisfy him until he is ready to go.
I came across with an old Christian lady nearly 90 years old. She wont let her age to determine it's time for her go , there is no max age which is 70 or 80 for her. Everyday she prays the verse with long life God will satisfy me, as my day is, so is my strength.. She needs strength, strong body, she asks people to pray for her healing every time she is sick . The reason is she needs to take care of her nearly 70 yo disable daughter... they do not have family , living in a poor house. Thus, please do not say 70 yo is expired and 80 is max, It crushes someone's spirit to live longer like Moses.
Pastor GT Lim delivers such a powerful message today that transends different generations in our church SIBKL.
He shares very touching stories about his last moments with his parents and his story actually reminded me about my own story with my late parents. He has expressed what has been buried in my heart all these years, and I can surely resonate what he said.
Besides, Pastor GT is such a talent in singing and song writing, and his songs have never failed to capture my heart even though I am not a Mandarin or a Hokkien speaking person. I know some Mandarin and I am deeply touched by his songs lirics.
God has blessed us tremendously with Pastor GT's preaching and sharing with SIBKL this weekend❤
