Two days from my Uncles passing, and I can't help but think of him every time I hear this song. This is one of the first things he shared with me. We were similar in alot of ways. Stubborn, Introverted and yet still caring, neither of us knew how to show it though. I think this may be the only thing I'll listen today, I'm not ready to accept his sudden passing but of course he'd tell me to quit being silly and just smile. I honestly hoped when my uncle introduced me to ffdp that it would actually give me some insight towards a life I would never know . I honestly thank him for explaining everything behind these songs and honestly I can neve understand his pain and sacrifice he made when he was in the marine corps for 25 years
