The most important thing that should be on everyone mind currently should be to invest in different sources of income that doesn't depend on the government. Especially with the current economic crisis around the word. This is still a good time to invest in various stocks, Gold, silver and digital currencies

The key to big returns is not big moving stocks. It's managing risk in relationship to reward. Having the correct size on and turning your edge as many times as necessary to reach your goal. That holds true from long term investing to day trading.

Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others, as an investor, you should’ve known that by now, nothing beats experience and that’s final, personally I had to reach out to a market analyst for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to a million, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I’m buying again

So how exactly can we guard against the coming financial reset for 2024? Like what are really the best strategies to make our portfolio recession proof against the incoming financial reset? I'm very worried about my $110k stock portfolio.

The best thing any parent can teach their kids is the wonder of compounding. I sat my 16 year old boy down and showed him how it works and it was a proper lightbulb moment for him and hes now demanding an ISA! The lack of financial education is the gaping hole in our school system.

    • @Garcia061

Since the inception of my business, I've maintained contact with a financial advisor. In the current cultural landscape, the difficulty lies in discerning the opportune moments to buy or sell when dealing with trending stocks. This process, while seemingly straightforward, is effectively managed by my advisor, who handles entry and exit orders for my portfolio. Over the span of just a little over a year, my portfolio has seen substantial growth, exceeding $750k.Read more

This was a really nice interview! I liked Nischas answers very much. For example when she was asked about leasing vs. buying a car, she presented scenarios where both options can be the right choice. Or buying or renting a house. I have the feeling that lots of pseudo financial educated people on the internet want to tell you, that you have to buy and rent out the house to make profit. But like Nischa says it’s not always like that. It can be better to just buy the house for yourself for those reasons she has told. Again, really intelligent answers! I think her biggest strength is, like they already tell in the interview, that she is really well educated and worked with finances in the REAL WORLD. Not like some other people that only know finance in theory and want to educate you without even worked a month in this business.

Due to my demanding job, I lack the time to thoroughly assess my investments and analyze individual stocks. Consequently, for the past seven years, I have enlisted the services of a fiduciary who actively manages my portfolio to adapt to the current market conditions. This strategy has allowed me to navigate the financial landscape successfully, making informed decisions on when to buy and sell. Perhaps you should consider a similar approach.

Mike I don't know you at all; this is the first I've come across you and it's because I follow Nischa. I appreciated this interview a lot and the topics you explored. I must say that it sounds like your experience with women as it relates to financial realm hasn't been that great. I am sympathetic that a female making more than you makes you feel less than a man because that is a reflection and consequence of patriarchy in the capitalist society that we have all inherited and cannot help but persist in and keep it going - it takes much concentrated effort of strategic determination and steps to go against it and to change it and easier to do it in concert with others because it's the strongest beast known. Anyway. If you struggle with the feeling that a woman would lose respect for you if you earned less than her, that is a problem within yourself and you need to work on it. If it is actually based in reality on her side, it is a problem with her and it means she is not the right person for you, so end it with that person if they cannot be reformed. If you are not your partner's biggest, most enthusiastic and supportive cheerleader, and if you are not the most proud of her for her income and contributions no matter how big or little they are, then you are the problem. Yes there are materialistic women but there are also materialistic men, and one does not gain their masculinity because of how much they earn. If you want to make more, like you said, you'll find the ways. But if it's merely a goal just to show that you're the man and the male provider, get over yourself. I also heard you bring up your desires to hire more so you could take steps back in order to enjoy your life and focus on other things, so why would you force yourself into a self-compromising position of hustling just because you're threatened by someone else's earnings? If you are truly each other's partner, the money you both bring to the table is both your increased income - it's more together than either of you would have apart. Money is power, yes. That is our system. Don't stand in the way of hers. And no one, not even you yourself, should be threatening your own worth and value.
I think you put Nischa in a weird spot and she wasn't prepared to speak for all women (who can do that) and these generalities you were asking her. I hope that over time as she encounters these attitudes she'll be more poised and able to bravely offer a more fair and balanced counterpoint.
Again thank you for the interview. You're already a man with bronze skin, a gorgeous face, a chiseled and ripped body, and a smart brain in your head. Money doesn't make you a man but it gives you real power. Choose the right kind of partner whom will complement you and you likewise her, and work on your own biased perspectives and issues regarding manhood, money, and yes I'm sure a lot of people you've dated or observed have not been the best and have probably sucked, but don't let that keep you down. Better people exist and you can find them.

PS I make more than my partner and I can't tell you how much I adore and respect him for being the best person I know and partner I've had and it has nothing to do with money. If he made more money I would be happy with and for him but we are making our life together and I don't worry at all about who earns more and I couldn't be more over the moon about him.

I 100% agree with this! He came off as so misoginstic and tbh incredibly insecure. Not wanting a partner to have had high-end experiences before him. I think this guy just sums up everything I understand about Dubai and the people that chose to live there. Not my cup of tea!

I found the part about not knowing what do with last parts of funds very interesting. I really don’t have much money at the moment but the paradox of this that whatever money I have is very well managed. I have decent structural knowledge about how to invest & make it grow. The result is that when money starts to arrive in abundance I will know where to put rather than not knowing what do with it or even worse blowing it.

A nice interaction to watch. "A date in Dubai" tone to it. But Is this two far-end capitalists flirting with full abandonment of social responsibility? Mike seemingly moved to Dubai in order to escape paying any tax. Nischa, herself an expert in not paying tax, expressing the numeric benefits of owning social housing, left vacant, so she can collect money from the taxpayer while providing no benefit to anybody. This is not an attack; an observation. [Change my mind]

I picked up on that too. They are so detached from reality. Mike asking whether England is expensive to live in these days (country is basically on its knees), Nischa being so nonchalant about collecting taxpayer money with her extra properties. Years of being rich will do that to you, it's just amusing to see for the rest of us. Also, don't forget that despite working a job, Nischa's compensation put her 10x above the national average wage. So even as an employee, she wasn't living the same reality as most in the country. Again, not a criticism, just an observation. So no, I am not here to change your mind 😂😂

There is no social responsibility. Your responsibility is to yourself and your family. If you take of that society will take care of itself since society is made up of individuals. You’re looking at things from socialist POV(perhaps). Work, pay your taxes, be a good parent, educate yourself and your family, etc. These actions will create the best society that can be had.

He is so right: owning a house comes with a lot of commitments. I am selling a property that I bought abroad. Covid changed everything and I no longer plan to visit often. Having to manage people remotely to rent it, it’s a massive headache I don’t need. Maintenance costs can easily make the whole thing pointless. I decided to take the most practical route and sell.

I'm glad I learned early on to work hard for financial independence. As Warren Buffet said, he has seen this happen many times in his life. Not an investor, my wife and I never earned more than a middle-class salary. We plan to get retired at 58 with a stock portfolio worth $1.7M. We have never sold so much as one share of stock.
