Rolled Chicken Breast With Chorizo Stuffing | Adam Ragusea Method

Chicken and Chorizo are a match made in heaven, so why not roll them both together and create this Rolled Chicken Breast With Chorizo Stuffing recipe. This recipe was inspired by Adam Ragusea, I am a big fan of his and generally I would say that his recipes are worth a try.
This Rolled Chicken Breast With Chorizo Stuffing recipe was delicious and I would recommend you give it a try for yourself. Rolling the rolled chicken breast can be a little fiddly but it is worth it.
One thing I particularly like about this Rolled Chicken Breast with Chorizo Stuffing recipe is that it can be prepared the night before and refrigerated. Then simply cook and serve before service.
Adam Ragusea doesn't finish his Rolled Chicken Breast With Chorizo Stuffing off in the oven, but I would as it can be tricky to ensure that all of the Chicken breast is cooked perfectly when pan frying, especially when not using a thermometer.
