I love cars and the advertising! Here in the UK I drove my old 911 (996) for 12 years. Unfortunately the person tailgating me on the motorway and especially on country roads was usually an Audi driver.

Just yesterday, four separate Audi SUVs did the sort of stuff being attributed to the BMW in this ad. Two of them exited right, from the left lane, across three lanes of traffic. Another deliberately prevented a car from entering the highway; it sped up to block that car. The fourth was doing 45+ on a neighborhood street with a 25mph limit. Nope…. my experience of Audi drivers puts them right up there with Jeep drivers at the top of the a-hole list.
I love this ad. BMW marketing definitely appeals to a certain kind of individual, and those individuals don't feel like they should need to stop at crosswalks.
This is funny because its a shameless jab at the only German car manufacturer that Volkswagen group doesn't own who, at the time of this upload, was found guilty of the greatest automotive environmental fraud in history (so far as I know). Living in Germany I can say that the opposite of this commercial the reality. On the autobahn Audi drivers are without question the most aggressive of any make.
