And all such foods like this can be seen in these places.. and their names in these languages are many times related.. In china the names of these foods even denote their foreign origin.. And are introduced by the invaders in the last 2500 years.. Many of these thibgs have either persian names or finnic names.. There was at some point a trade link between what is now iran and the settled finnic and turkic speaking peoples of the urals. @Jiraiya Sennin i dont think any such dishes come from there.. They probably originate in the wheat growing areas of central asia and iran back in the bronze age.. And all such foods like this can be seen in these places.. and their names in these languages are many times related.. In china the names of these foods even denote their foreign origin.. And are introduced by the invaders in the last 2500 years.. Many of these thibgs have either persian names or finnic names.. There was at some point a trade link between what is now iran and the settled finnic and turkic speaking peoples of the urals. It explains why dishes mongolians eat can be found in georgia or dagestan or tatarstan or chuvashia or the uyghurs ext and that many times the names are similar. The nomadic people have cultivated wheat since the stone late stone age but i suspect these are near eastern southern caucasus and southern central asian foods.
